I know the knuckle method! and I try to use it but it isn´t honestly engrained in me yet, I have to think about it and many times I just forget. I´ll work on it, at least to ensure my viewers don´t have heart attacks while watching me cut 😅
That marinade is mind blowing. But what, no dill? And please don't throw away the flavour and texture of the potato skins. I mean, maybe even slice and deep fry the skins until crispy, to use as a salty crumbled garnish. Sigh. Edit: ok I looked at the actual recipe. This is super-cool, a new angle on potato salad for me (which normally uses several sorts of dairy inc smoked cheese...) so Thank You. Europe has so much variety. Trust me, I tried to keep the skins on for this recipe! But when you slice cooked potatoes, the skins just fall off. I left them on when I tried making it with the potatoes in chunks, but the flavor is simply better when it is in slices. Sooo...the skins just didn´t make the cut on this one! Yeah she needs to use the Knuckle/Claw method. Knife skills are often learned by accidents though. It was a good recipe and a well produced video.
