Ingredients:
2 cups moong sprouts
1 medium carrot
1 onion, 1/4 inch ginger, 1 green chilli
1 radish or cucumber
1 tomato, deseeded
1/3 tsp black salt
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 lemon
1/2 cup roasted peanuts
coriander leaves
can add pink salt or sea salt as per taste.
