    Ingredients:
    2 cups moong sprouts
    1 medium carrot
    1 onion, 1/4 inch ginger, 1 green chilli
    1 radish or cucumber
    1 tomato, deseeded
    1/3 tsp black salt
    1 tsp chaat masala
    1/2 lemon
    1/2 cup roasted peanuts
    coriander leaves
    can add pink salt or sea salt as per taste.

      Deseeding tomatoes for salads can improve the texture and presentation. Tomato seeds can make the salad watery and the texture less appealing. Removing them also helps concentrate the tomato flavor without diluting it with excess moisture..

    My concern was if steaming the Mung Sprouts would reduce the nutrients? Can you say if steaming reduces their nutrients or not please?
