Lasagna recipe - Ingredients: 1 pound lean ground beef 1 egg (beaten) 15 ounces part-skim ricotta cheese ¼ cup fresh parsley (chopped) 2 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided) ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (divided) 24 ounces tomato and basil pasta sauce 1 cup water 12 lasagna noodles (uncooked) Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat. Mix the ricotta cheese, egg, and parsley in a bowl. Stir in 1 ¼ cups of mozzarella and ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese. Spread 1 cup of pasta sauce in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Layer with 4 lasagna noodles, half of the ricotta mixture, and 1 cup of meat sauce. Repeat layers. Top with remaining noodles, sauce, and cheeses. Cover with foil. Bake for 50 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Let it stand for 10 minutes before serving.
