As a business owner when I get asked advise, I usually end up suggesting PT Barnums “A.0.M.G” . Because if you’re already a fan, it says a lot.
If not it is a great little nugget to ponder.
And when you realize Mr.Barnum wasn’t doing well at the time he wrote the book, he was reluctant but was convinced by friends to write a book on his knowledge.
This paved the way for his comeback later in life.

I only began making an income in my mid-30s, because I married young and didn’t work til after the divorce. With 2 kids to support, and save at the same time, it took 10 years for me to have some money in the bank. What I wish I had known even 5 years ago was to put that money into real estate. I was nervous and still nervous because I’m the only breadwinner and I don’t want to be house-poor.
I guess it’s all about calculated risk-taking. I get that, I think I do need to control my nonsense spending too.
There’s so much to learn, one lifetime is not enough.

When you take a step back and look at it, life is a strange and lovely experience. Working with a financial advisor may genuinely set you up for success in life. I’m glad I was able to contact my coach Courtney Heath Williams, earlier this year since while others were complaining about the downturn, I was busy cashing out from my investment, eventually making over six figures in the first quarter alone…

Fear is a dangerous component, hindering us from taking bold steps we need in other to reach our goals. you have to contend with inflation, recession, decisions from the Feds and all. The investment you choose isn't right or wrong, just depends on the kind of business person you are or simply the kind of person you are. However, the end game is investing money long term creates wealth every time. Just pick what you like and understand, invest and it will pay off. A lifetime of investing for 5 mil is not hard to accrue.
