The only reason people are leaving California is to cash in and reduce work loads. However, there is no mention of massive capital in houses to produce rental properties raising prices here and everywhere else. Plus, like people in Texas and Tennessee are talking about the Californians coming, the license plates in my condo complex (in South OC,CA) the past two months are from Florida, Massachusetts, Arizona, Nevada and Pennsylvania. The cashing in will quickly fade, as I have just found out- my plan to move to Vegas was met with 10 t0 20 offers- overnight- ahead of me in every property I considered. This is a massive shift and bad mouthing California is just a distraction from who knows what? Do you, Dave?
