    Blood sugar was 113 when i got up this morning. Then I took 200 mg chromium picolinate and 1 table spoon of mct oil and ate 2 Loves fat bars, a pint of blueberries, and pound of chicken wings and two tablespoons of sunflower butter and an hour later my blood sugar was 88! I have not had a blood sugar that low in a few years and have been under 100 only a few times in the last year or so let alone an hour after eating! I also take berberine.

    Is moringa plant good to take

      I've seen some studies where eating the leaf can reduce intestinal glucose uptake, and slow gastric emptying. But I've not used this herb myself.
