Thank you for acknowledging that chronic stress also significantly impacts insulin. I am in the minority of people with high insulin because I have an extremely healthy diet (no starchy veggies, no grains, no soy, no corn, no gluten, no dairy), get plenty of sleep, exercise daily, but have had chronic stress for years. As my fatigue and inflammation (chronic pain) have worsened over the past 2 years, I realize that that's what I need to work on. Thanks so much for this video!
I am told the A1C is a 10 and I would want to work with eating. Last year a1c was 12 went down to 9. With in 7 months I lost a brother December and sister in July 24.
