    thanks! I use this at the end of the day so I won't be too sore, I haven't been sore for 2 days since I started using ur stretches. I am so happy I kind still do basic stuff without feeling my muscles tug and hurt.

    I wish you didn’t just suggest static stretching also before workouts 😬 Make sure you guys ONLY use dynamic stretching before your workouts, static stretches like this are great for AFTER your workout, it could leave you more vulnerable to injury if you do these or ANY static stretches before your workout 😊 btw @lily i use this video after every single leg workout i do, its super great for that, so THANK YOU 😁

      @@bambi2541 Dynamic stretching involves movements in each stretch, whereas static stretching (what the girl in the video is doing) involves staying still while stretching a specific part of the body. For example, a back and forth leg swing is a dynamic stretch because it involves movement, and a standing quad stretch is a a static stretch because it involves staying still. I hope you have a better understanding now! :)

    It made my back crack too lol so these are some good stretches 😂 but really.. I do them everytime I get off my treadmill. It helps a ton!

    It really worked thanks a lot I just did a thigh workout and this is cooling down i started my workout with a double shot espresso waited 10 mins then started my workout and then finished and then a cool down with u amazing for an hour thanks a lot bye

    Thank you for the video. The other day the back of my legs suddenly was hurting and I had forgotten all basic leg stretches and I didn't know what to do. I was doing leg workouts and after some days I stopped stretching after... learned my lesson😂

    You're magic. I did them at the same time as you for the first time without seeing the video before, probably sid some wrong things and I feel great anyways
    Edit: I already I know how to do the stretches right, I do this stretching every day after Ashi paka, always helps with the pain, I've already decorated the order of the exercises but I still use the video because your voice is extremely motivating

    After some series of jumping squats my legs were like made of concrete. Since i do this cool down i feel so much less soreness! Is amazing! Witchcraft i tell you

      Amy Wainwright, just do the stretches more than once and hold them longer. Maybe 20-30 seconds. Whatever you need, but keep stretching and stay hydrated. I had half a cup of juice and my body did not like that.... don't do what I did. Water, water, water.

    Very nice Video. Any tipps for people whos one leg is segnificantly more flexible than the other. I really have serious truble with this my right leg is so much less flexible and I find it quite hard to even them out.
