Tobi. For your bathroom, you only have access from the female side in one staff room and the male side in the other. So, your sims are having a hard time getting there, especially depending on how you dedicate the staff rooms to specific staff. Just blow a hole through the wall and put a door connecting the two bathrooms to either staff room, problem solved. Your security scanners, you should have a small one and set it to "employee's only"(this way when your airport is full and you have alot of passengers, your employee's don't get stuck in the queue with passengers, causing further delays) Also, your one baggage bay cannot handle four medium aircraft baggage, I would say each baggage bay is for three medium stands maximum, so you should set up another baggage bay, same for baggage pickup, only use three stands per baggage pick up. Your baggage scanning process is not sufficient. If you check your emails you will see you have been destroying baggage incorrectly. You are going to have to blow up your whole baggage operation and set it up properly. My advice would be to fully complete the baggage research so you can properly set up TIER 3 baggage scanning and set up a proper system. I'm sure you probably realize this in your next upcoming episodes, but still had to point it out. You can have a fully set up baggage scanning system and route all baggage though it, then use the smart tilt trays to send them to the correct baggage bays, or go to the floor below and have individual ones set up for each baggage bay.

Make another baggage bay and also you need more baggage carts. The reason your flights keeps getting delayed because you have to many bags backed up from multiple flights going to same bay
