Four creative talents , Lin-Manuel Miranda, Donald Glover, Issa Rae, and Damien Chazelle, flaunting the conventions of formula, go back and forth with director Jon Favreau (a onetime wunderkind himself) on success, struggling and staying sane: "The bullshit meter is very attuned right now."

I embrace my inner Nerd, It's well overdue for society to remove stigmatism from the word Nerdy, Nerds are winning and have been winning for some time now. Think of how many teenagers we can liberate if those of us who have always been different embrace that label.

(Stand-Up/Filmmaking/GREAT Music/Acting) or "Why should i even try to succeed in what he does, if he can do it SO much better?" It's kind of a personal creative limbo, of sorts. This conversation has inspired me in a sense because i kinda know what goes into their creative process so i know what to do or not to do.

Issac Salazar A lot of creativity is just luck. I'm not saying these guys aren't talented because they clearly are I'm just saying that you have to be open to letting accidents happen and going with the flow. That's what creativity is after all. Let your inspirations be the ground work and then let chaos be the finishing touches. This all applies to music at least, I'm no comedian.

I think the reason we are sad when an episode is almost over is because we're more invested in the characters than in a movie. With the movie, we only have 90/120/or so minutes with these characters. To get to know them, see their struggles, and then often times their triumphs. With a TV series, we get all that in 45 minutes at a time, but it also gets to build on itself each episode. As a season goes on, those characters get deeper and more complex and you start to see them as more "real" and your suspension of disbelief gets easier.

I've recently released a project titled "The Fishbowl Syndrome" that is centered around the topic of our mental health and art; how they intertwine in experience or how they are sometimes viewed here in America;to which my first debut music video "The Horse on a Trampoline" works showcase on the spectrum of my own experiences with it, that i feel fans alike of FKA twigs, Janelle Monae , EarthGang, Flying lotus, Childish Gambino or those of Bjork, Logic , Lupe Fiasco, & Reggie Watts may resonate with...id like to share this with you by giving a warm welcome to my Channel to not only, like and subscribe but to comment with genuine feedback. (Please leave a comment there underneath the video and not here) as i would like for my listeners to feel welcomed to give more in thought than in clout and start a conversation which is what my subject matter is based on ..."Commentary on our shared world".In hopes that this may be fruitful to you i look forward to your response

This conversation is so well curated and its participants are each so thoughtful and generous with themselves and one another. I already have massive respect for each person at the table, but because there was such a lack of ego and great respect for one another where they could have let ego control or dominate the discussion (that occasionally happens in roundtables like these; all have earned their keep and stake in fame so it would be valid), I have gained even greater respect for each of them. Such insightful input.

This is the best roundtable that has ever been put up on this channel. Jon literally doesn't make it feel like an interview, it feels like one big conversation with flow. Its refreshing to watch one of these and not get mad about the interviewer cutting the people off every five seconds. Hollywood Reporter honestly get Jon Favreau to handle all your future interviews, or hire someone like the man. Anything is better than the current guy you frequently use, who cuts stories and answers off at the most inopportune moments. No lie, best thing I have seen on this channel by far! Loved every second of it.

Speaking of a "conversation on creativity" -*EHM CLEARS THROAT* -Greetings Beautiful soul! Lol (forgive me abit i know I am not exactly what you may have come here for ..) but my name is Ibn Orator...I am an Avant-Garde, introspective & Political Hip Hop Artist from New Haven CT.

This whole talk actually helped me understand how to break down story telling, hopefully I can write a good book someday and be great at it, not insecure with my work

This was mesmerizing to watch. I didn't even know how much I was desperate for such a specific talk about many of these objects. Specifically the loss of road to discovery....
Thank you all so much for making it happen.

Finally took the time to watch this. Enjoyed it as much as I thought I would. Very inspired right now. On vacation creating an anthology series that I want to give to the world one day. Great roundtable!
