Adam Driver always looks like he's having an existential crisis when he's talking.
Andreas Nordvall well that’s just relatable
He's an artist, he might be
No. He looks like a Marine when he's talking. Respect.
I think maybe he lives in his head a little more when choosing his words but I respect that more than anything.

Introducing...
Adam Sander: "Yes Sir"
Robert De Niro: "Hi"
Adam Driver: *STARES INTO OUR SOULS*
Tom Hanks: "Present"
GeekyMedia I literally cackled at that part😂
Ahahah it was great
Every time Adam speaks (or just exists), I'm both scared and horny.
Anya K he looks sooo good in this interview
Shia: namaste
Shia LaBeouf is the definition of a comeback story. Love seeing him doing well.
Same. I like him but what has he been up to lately? I'm not in the loop
This was before he was cancelled but I agree. The podcast with Jon bernthal made a lot of people be in his side again
Shia LaBeouf actually recanted a lot of this demonization of his father so he could look interesting in interviews, and feels ashamed for besmirching a decent man. He talked about it in an interview on Jon Bernthal's podcast. He says he was an addict and abusive to women, too. He recently converted to Catholicism.
Sounds like a cliché, but going back to the church and becoming catholic transformed him
As long as it keeps up with its rituals the media will leave him alone.

hell yeah

Shia may have a few bolts loose but that can add a tremendous amount of sincerity and depth to his performances. He's a controversial guy but an indisputably-great actor.

Tom Hanks, an introvert? You blind or deaf?
What about Sandler? He may not be babbling but he's got an open body language
De Niro looks like he's gonna make them an offer they cant refuse

Adam Driver looks like he's gonna draw a flaming red lightsaber on anyone that tickles his temper

Hearing Tom Hanks cuss so casually is like finding out most of your teachers are getting wasted on the weekend.
Braedan Harris lol i just heard woody cuss
I think Shia thought the same thing when Tom Hanks cussed. He had a slight O M G moment across from him. lol

Jamie Foxx is an incredible conversationalist. His ability to tell stories in a way that is entertaining yet it captures your undivided attention…I could listen to him talk all day.
Tom Hanks couldn’t
@@JB-bq2qj I think Tom Hanks enjoyed it! He also appreciated that Jamie said “bless you” every time he sneezed, and paused his story every time just to make sure to respectfully say that. Hanks even said those sneezes were sneezes of AGREEMENT to what Jamie was saying. Then as the comedian Jamie truly is, he Sneezed BACK showing that he ALSO agrees with Hanks!
It’s crazy you didn’t notice that..
I absolutely love Adam Sander's dramatic roles and I think he deserves way more credit for them.

Sandler keeps mentioning other people’s works that are at the table, especially the quieter ones. I think that is so sweet and sensitive
I respect you for noticing that
@Nomod mofof I don't think that's considered praying and worshipping them. There's nothing wrong with seeing the good in people. You seem to have a problem with the fact someone had something nice to say about Adam Sandler being genuinely interested in other people's work.
@Nomod mofof what's making you so angry that you need to take your anger out on strangers on UA-cam?
@Nomod mofof you still haven't answered my question.
@Nomod mofof I was just saying there's nothing wrong with seeing the good in people and others noticing that about Adam Sandler but you seemed to have a problem with that. Why?
I love how Shia says “Bullshit” when Adam Sandler says he doesn’t know if he belongs at this table.
I think Sandler has only recently realised how respected he is by his peers which is lovely to see.
Yeah he definitely earned a lot of points in my book in Uncut Gems.

@@MalteNielson Definitely worth a watch man, its a good one. Watch it when you can
I love getting to see Shia in these shots because he's always SO interested and invested in what everyone is saying.
Isn’t it crazy that in a room full of these particular people when he starts talking everybody is paying full attention, and not just like to be polite, they’re actually intrigued by everything he says. And to top it all off, you could argue he’s the most talented actor out of all of them. The most disturbed too, but all around probably the most dynamic actor in room with some of the greatest actors to ever live. That says something. If he didn’t have the negative PR he be revered as the next Daniel Day Lewis
Adam Driver is a genius as an actor. I have tremendous respect for his brilliance and seriousness.
13:52
Adam Sandler: "I don't even think I should be at this table"
Doesn't get put in the title. They didn't have to do him like that
KD... Was just a side note. Relax
Shia says ‘bullshit’ as well love that
KD6-3.7 considering he made it from making movies... I think he’s arguably the most successful actor out of all of them, except Tom Hanks.
Dude, his name is Adam Driver.
I agree
I love how whenever Robert DeNiro starts talking everyone immediately shuts up
And stop listening as well
8:41 The same thing happens when Adam Driver answers his first question. They are mesmerized, and rightfully so, he is so ELOQUENT!
Adam driver is bloody a grounded actor/ person. Doesn’t flinch with Mr de and the hanks who possibly are 2 of the greats of cinema x
DeNiro is an old fool... probably a sicko pervert too
Shia just glowing at the beginning lol
I know it’s probably crazy expensive to get all of these A list actors together in a room to talk to each other for an hour, but I wish they did these more. I’m also glad they get actors from completely different backgrounds and styles of acting. It just makes the conversation that much more interesting.
I don't think I've seen Jamie Fox make more sense or paint a better picture of what our responsibilities as human beings really are. Tremendous respect.
Can we just take a moment to appreciate the fact that the moderator didn't interrupt anyone this time around!
... and they're all guys - surprise, surprise! ;)
Not too fast 57:24
The one towards the end pissed me off so much
Dan96 Same. He was doing so well
Oh I bet he's interrupting, they just edited that out, you can clearly see abrupt cuts
I’ve never rooted for someone to have a comeback more than Shia.
Jonathan Stubbs I’m 100% with you on this one. I’ve been a hardcore Shia fan since even Stevens. I remember telling my aunt before she passed away that this kid is something special and is going to be a big star someday and I’m so glad he’s making a comeback right now. He one of the most underrated actors around.
Same! I've always loved shia from the first moment I saw him. I've seen every movie even the ones people thought were bad. I just like him.
I agree so much. Such a real person with every emotion, even the bad ones
I am really happy Robert Downey Jr. made it out of the 80’s alive!! He was a total wreck. He did a complete 360
Don't call it a comeback, he's been here for years.
Each of these actors have made me cry at some point, so there's that. I think comedians have an ability to act in dramas that not everyone has.. like the more you understand what makes you laugh, the more you understand what makes you sad, or angry, or whatever the script calls for. Great talent all around the table
I love the mixture of actors, I feel like every actor there is so different and unique in so many ways and seeing them together is so cool.
Yeah, these roundtables always have a great mixture of titans in the industry, relatively new up-and-coming actors and people in their prime. It brings in a variety of perspectives and makes it so much more interesting to listen to.
Exactly! it's a shame there is no women at all though

Adam Driver is like me in a group project, he has his answers memorized and he's just there to do his part. I respect that introverted life.

Professionalism in Hollywood demands that you have answers ready (or mesmerized) when you're giving an interview. It takes skill and a lot of experience to just "wing it" with no interview preparation. Especially if you have a publicist which is standard for A-list celebrities.
@@YoureRightIThink It's true, Adam always has a few phrases ready to go because in high-stress environments like these it's really easy to lose track of what you are saying. It's just because he's been asked the same question so many times.

I truthfully hope he continues acting & Hollywood gives him more chances at major roles ❤
@@yennna-ql7oo nope
@FuturesDoubleCup - I absolutely agree with you. Shia isn't perfect, nobody is. He has had his problems, the only difference is, the media had to blow his troubles up. Where as other actors get their issues hidden so they have the perception of being "perfect". Shia grew up working for Disney. That alone let's you know the kind of things he has probably had to deal with. To me it's rare to see an actor take on such different roles and do a fabulous job. He becomes his characters. I think he is very underrated and if given the opportunity will make more wonderful movies!!
He is, without a doubt, one of the best actors of the generation. He has come a long way and has honed his craft better than most. Of course, everyone at this roundtable is brilliant, too.
This is the second time I've watched this group. Shia is such a frigging amazing spirit. At first I questioned why they put this group together, but this is really great chemistry!

They sucked. It's more thinly veiled propaganda wrapped in nostalgia. Here's the thing though, nobody is fooled by it anymore. People are both finding and creating content far outside the mainstream. That's part of why we are all collectively on UA-cam instead of watching TV. The only people still interested are kids who haven't caught on to the formulaic repetitiveness.
i think its so cool how they would all be talking while De Niro sits quietly but when he begins talking they all go silent because they all know how legendary this man is.

That smacks of cultish thinking. DeNiro is the same meat and water human as everyone else in the room yet he is treated differently. Meanwhile in the room, everyone is comfortable with each other and mutually respectful because preserving everyone's dignity naturally leads to a more fun conversation. But looking at it from the outside and judging wantonly. That specifically is where the problems start and then expand into a cult without reason or method. It just happens and this comment right here is a perfect example of it.

Podrian poner subtítulos en español por favor¡¡¡¡ debe ser GLORIOSO oír a éstos genios del arte contemporáneo.
I love how Adam always says he got into ‘an acting school’. That ‘acting school’ was Juilliard.
Nell Godwin he’s *very* humble
I really appreciated how Adam Sandler knew things about the other actors. He was very inclusive and respectful of them. It was cool seeing everyone in awe of Robert De Niro. And I felt like all eyes were on Adam driver when he spoke. He carried this presence about him. Tom is like the wise middle aged man who puts everyone at ease. And Shia is super underrated. I think he’s a great actor. Jamie is just Jamie. Hilarious, smooth, charismatic.
Very well put, bravo....
Shia seems shy or sad when he talks he does it looking down
@@YoureRightIThink He's with a lot older, very experienced actors. Probably slightly intimidated.
Victor - well said, mate. I felt the same way.
Very well said.
Greatest interview ever!
You can tell Shia is real happy to be there with Adam
Shia is consuming here. I've always thought he is and has the potential to deliver us a great role. He just needs to find it or it him.
