good no ritalin! Unless you are completely unable to function in life without it, there is no reason to take it. Ritalin was given to subdue and control children and to stop their wonderful, limitless enthusiasm for life and creativity. Consider get a ninja blender it can take a beating and keep on spinning. I was more under the impression that Matt respects your capableness, self-sufficiency, and individuality. I notice that he helps when asked rather than assume you need or want help, in that way not depriving you of the satisfaction of knowing your own worth and abilities. I think you've got a real gem, there. Ultimately, all that really matters is that your relationship works for you and Matt. No one else's opinion matters.

Body mirroring is a really common thing. Whenever my friends and I need to get something done, we FaceTime, talk about the things we want to accomplish (also see whine) and then finally someone starts doing it and then the other person does it too without noticing. It’s really helpful for adhd and executive dysfunction and task paralysis.

Hey I just wanted to let you know that rats/mice should never be kept in a tank. They are animals that need proper ventilation. Plus since they have no bathroom they pee where they stand. Rat/mice pee has a lot of ammonia in it which can build up in the tank and cause serious health problems. Most are respiratory diseases. It’s best to get a wire cage that has less than 1cm gap between bars so they can’t escape but can still get proper ventilation.

Hello Hannah. I was so happy to see your post today and wanted to say thank you for letting us into your home. You are ray of light and truly an inspiration as you’ve helped me slowly get back into the swing of things so to speak. My Daughter (my only child) passed away and it’s been very hard to be productive these days. The Christmas tree is still up ( I did take off the decorations though!). I thought about decorating it for the different holidays. It’s now bare and looks a massive plant in my living room. It actually looks pretty and I don’t have to worry about watering it so that’s a good thing. Then there’s the bag of potting soil that’s been sitting on the patio for a couple of months now waiting for me to repot my plants. After watching you plant the seeds and make your moss concoction I now feel motivated so I’ll repotting tomorrow. My plants will be so very happy for that.
I must say you’ve done a beautiful job with your cottages and property. I also really liked what you decorated your van. I bought a 19ft Motorhome a couple of years ago and have been wanting to do a DIY makeover on it. I got some great ideas from your decorating and DIYs. Hopefully my makeover will start sometime in the near future.
Your baby mouse is so adorable and looking very healthy....You’re a great Mouse Mom!!Now that I’ve written a book I’ll stop here and say thank you for the video....I’m looking forward to your next one.

A few years ago I came close to losing my life (I'm in my 30s) so your story touched me. How are your pot plants doing now? What sort of plants do you grow? I was late getting my seedlings in this year - vegetables and flowers- for health reasons. My Mum helped me plant them and some were shooting up after only a few days! it’s bad to clear out under forests (or land in general). The fallen leaves and branches provide nutrients back into the soil, become shelter for important bugs and organisms and help retain moisture for the soil

Hannahhhhhh this just made my life! I recently found you and watched some of your videos and loved them so much and thought “I bet Hannah has adhd!”. I also have adhd and I live alone in the forest. I’m a new UA-cam creator and told my friend I feel so inspired by your videos because they’re so authentic and not as super perfectly curated as a lot of creators I see (which isn’t relatable for me). So excited to follow along more 🥰

Build a compost pile , then when you are raking random parts of the forest you can claim it is to refill the compost bin. Mine is about 12 foot across, mostly roundish in shape, made of post and box wire. I fill it to over flowing each fall (about 5 foot deep), and it all rots before the next fall.

Honestly I'd love to hear more about your ADHD in a video, like a quick chat about it. I was recently diagnosed with it and am 25 this year. So it's been quite late in life for me too. It has explains so so much about what's happened in my life. On a separate note, I've always thought we would get on irl (lol I know I sound like a total loser), but I have this theory about adhd people liking other adhd people. I think cos our minds work at a quicker, jumpier pace and we care less about social rules and what others think, you just get this affinity. But yeah. Would love to hear more about it one time.

I only found out this year too! (im 28) I'm honestly just continuing living life like I always have, but it's nice to understand why i do somethings the way i do, and also have access to some "focus" meds- i only use them when i need to really sit down and crank shit out for a couple hours, and not on the regular cause i genuinely like the way my brain works and it's served me well thus far 😊

a forest note..no need to rake a forest unless you are going to develop the area.. the duff is what protects the area for habitat and feeds the soil and keeps it moist... Soil in nature is never bare... about the moss .. the buttermilk idea works best on brick or stone in a shaded moist area.. that is what it likes .. to get on soil it needs to be pretty moist location and can transplant or buy spores...

Cute little mousey! I kept mice and rats as pets for over 20 years, if you are stuck for finding foods they like, peas and tinned sweetcorn go down well, also human baby food for young or sick rodents. For years i gave my pet rats in particular their dried food, plus every evening some tinned sweetcorn and they seemed to really look forward to it, it made their fur lovely and shiny too.

I had a pet rat named Izzy (after Isadora Duncan) once he was grown and familiar with his surrounds I left his enclosure open. He would come and go as he pleased, often ending up in bed with us snuggling. I know this is too much for most but that little guy had a huge personality. He actually would clean his own cage by moving all debris he didn’t want into the corner for me to remove. He collected shiny things from around the house and stashed them in his enclosure. I also had a cat at the same time. He wanted to engage but the cat avoided him. He lived a good life knowing he was loved. Thank you for caring for what most ppl would destroy
