As someone who is Jewish by birth but never practiced, in my life time I’ve never been more scared to be a Jew but also I’ve never been so proud of my heritage.
For the first time in my life I feel like I should connect more to my heritage and my people. The Jewish culture is beautiful and loving, and I think it is an important time to embrace that.

    • @scottydoesntno
      @scottydoesntno 10 місяців тому

@@MissHersi963 right cuz Hamas didn’t target civilians first, because their founding charter doesn’t call for the eradication of all Jews, because hundreds of thousands of people were protesting in the streets saying “gas the Jews” and posting pictures of a paraglider with a Palestinian flag representing the terrorist that flew into a music festival to murder people who were just listening to music and dancing.
I honestly feel bad for the people of Gaza because their elected government has stolen all of the foreign aid sent to them so they can live in luxury in Qutar while militants build tunnels under their hospitals and mosques, pulling water lines out of the ground to make rockets. Then they shoot those rockets from children’s playgrounds and don’t allow civilians to evacuate after pamphlets have been dropped telling people an area is targeted for attack because rockets had been launched from that area.
But yeah tell me any other people that have literal mobs of people in the streets calling for their death.

I am a Jewish 81 year-old Australian. How do I feel? First, furiously angry since the Hamas massacre of our people. Dreadfully upset, at the losses suffered by all those families and my beloved Israel. Second, astounded at the world's "sympathy" which lasted all of 5 minutes until it turned on us again, saying that the massacres "didn't happen." Third, disgusted at the naked anti-Semitism of the current Australian Labor government. And finally, sad. Add to that, a deep fear for the generations coming after me. You are brave young people. I feel proud of you. 🇮🇱🇮🇱

Born & raised in Queens NY. Im Catholic, went to Catholic school & still identify as christian. I was raised by my church to view the jewish community as our brothers & sisters under God. We left NYC in 2021 because our family values no longer aligned with the extreme liberal climate in NY. I am so ashamed at my fellow NYrs for standing against Jewish people & Israel in your time of need. Here in SC, everyone I come across condemns the terrorism & prays for Israel. I will continue to pray every day for the safety for Israel & Jews throughout the world. You are not alone.

Glad to see a fellow Catholic who was born with the right values, unfortunately when I went to a private Catholic university I saw a lot of antisemitism which was very discouraging. The Catholic faith is rigorous but a foundational principle is to love thine neighbor, and Jews should be respected and loved now more than ever.

Welcome Meschbocka (family) all Jews or Hebrews we're the only rainbow. A great multitude of people left Egypt. Not only Israelites. The director of Egyptian archeology said any person calling themselves a historian and claims the Egyptians never had slaves are liars. He went so far to say that the propaganda written on Ramses the Second were considered to be far more fraudulent than Torah, Torah records the failures along with the victories.

Jews have never stopped living in Israel since our exile. We have never stopped calling it our homeland. We have never said we were ok that other conquerors took it over. We had every right to our land. We NEVER saw other people as our enemies. We were happy to live in peace. THEY attacked us. Over and over shown. Disproportionately by a long shot I should add. What they didn’t expect was that we might win. And yet israel still tries to make it work. Arab Israelis have full citizenship. Israel has signed multiple peace agreements. In each one it was Hamas or other terrorist organizations that broke it. If it was up to israel there would peace, both countries would live side by side and do commerce with each other and move on. But how can you do that with people who want your entire population DEAD!!! The talks of genocide are messed up. That isn’t a Jewish narrative. But it is Hamas’. What country in the world informs the other side when and where they will be bombing. And what kind of people forbid their own citizens from evacuating?? What kind of people set their military operations under a hospital!?!? That’s crazy. I don’t know a single Jew who is happy to hear about the death of Palestinians. We are heartbroken. But why hasn’t Hamas returned the hundreds of hostages they are holding?? Taking hostages is NEVER OK. so how can the WHOLE WORLD be ok with Hamas holding hostages and telling Israel they should just abandon their own people and stop fighting for them. Let alone that no one is talking g about the details of the torture and mutilation to the families and children who were slaughtered.

You and whoever in your community are somewhat lost, off track and don't seem to realise...
that the hundreds of rallies around the world are against israeli politics and unjust agression...and Not against Jews.
There are thousands 1000s of jews from different jewish sects, some even from israel who are supporting and as well as demonstrating in the anti israeli anti genocide demonstrations...
these rallies are not against the jewish religion but against the political zionist regime.
2 very different things... unfortunately, many (but not all) american christians are being played and Lied to for years, through 'lost in translation' bible wording or visual zionist propaganda...to sway them with very polished brainwash rhetoric...always zionists will appeal to christian emotions and thoughts through stories, or language, or visuals that they can relate to... its a very polished selective process and is necessary because many american christian churches finance israel through congregation money donations...so zionists make it their business to keep fueling those particular devout christians...
reading your comment it shows its been a sucessful process.
I suggest you may like to watch a very successful film thats screening these days called Israelism...a film made by very brave israelis...
it shows alot of Truths and clear facts about everything.

I've met real Germans many times, and they're the nicest to Jews. I went into a Non-Kosher German restaurant once to meet a client and didn't intend to eat food, just have a coke. The chef came out and was super nice and wanted to meet me and have me eat if possible and said he worked in many kosher restaurants.
Back then I didn't know all the laws of kashrut, so I accepted and ate the food he prepared. It wasn't exactly 100% kosher, but the fact he and so many other Germans I meet are so kind shows me it's the immigrants taking over Germany that are barbaric, not the Germans. This is why the Greeks called all those north Africans "Berbers" meaning "barbaric" and called some middle easterners similar terms. Some cultures are still barbaric, they're not 1st world nations yet for a reason, and bringing them here from a 3rd world nation en masse will just make a 1st world economy into a 3rd world economy if they're allowed to vote, work in government and law, and if crime is ignored.
This is perhaps why Jordan, when they accepted Palestinian immigrants, they didn't let them vote and didn't let them work in law, government, or medicine.

That's your anger but it isn't mine. First of all, those kibbutzim were aiding the Gazan monsters who thanked them by attacking, torturing, raping, murdering and kidnapping peaceful people. Second, "Never Again" doesn't mean blindly trusting an erev rav government. If it means anything it means that we can only rely on HaShem and ourselves. Arm and train yourself. Third, where are the "Palestinians" and their supporters, by the millions, condemning 10/7? They elected Hamas after all, knowing the charter calls for the extermination of Jews. Again, hate what you want but the reality is that moral equivalence got us here. No thanks.

This is very similar to apartheid. Trust me if u were born or loved like those Palestinians you would come down to 2 options
      1)kys
      2) fight for freedom
Wish hamas weren't terrorists but they are n fked up big time , now Israel is using this reason to massacre Palestinians. Proud Muslim here. Firstly would like to say, sorry to any Jew around the world who doesn't feel safe at the moment and for any anti-jewish attacks that take place. Secondly, in the spirit of this video, I hope we also consider the Palestinians in Gaza and how scared they feel that an Israeli bomb may kill them and their family members at any time. Thirdly, people are upset about Palestinians not having equal rights despite being on their native land, most of them refugees after being moved from their original home in the recently formed state of Israel. If the thought of someone born in a concentration camp like Gaza, where Israel control who comes in and who goes out, having equal rights as Jews in Israel offends you, then perhaps you should take a long think about why that is.. Fourthly, equating Pro Palestine movements or protests as Pro Hamas/Terrorist is disingenuous and unfair. There can never really be peace if you are not open to understand where the other side are coming from. Being Pro Palestinian is simply calling for Palestine to be sovereign, within the 1967 borders most likely (or whats left of it after all the illegal settlements in the West Bank). It would be nice if that could be a reality, but bombing Gaza into a giant cemetery and cutting off food, water and medical supplies is most likely going to breed more extremism. If someone read this far, thank you, and peace be on you.

I’m like 1.4 Jewish based on my dna. But that’s not why I’m here. I was born and raised in California. As any Californian knows, the diversity of the state is incredible. Every corner offers some different cultural experience. In high school I was able to partake on a wilderness expedition in Yosemite for 2 weeks. I wanted to go because of white water rafting. I wasn’t expecting to get close to anyone or even have such a profound experience. But basically you take all your essentials with you and you live in the wilderness as you hike for days. I got to know many people including Jewish Americans from SoCal. Being able to get know them and learn from them inspired me. But what I was able to take with me was their kindness and chill attitude. The last time I spoke to one of them. He was again very kind and excited to tell me where to go to hike. I’m deeply saddened by this war and mainly because some Americans are getting caught up once again in taunting and tormenting their fellow American. I’m first generation Mexican American. God forbid, but if Mexico was a communist/ terrorist country and they bombed America. My family already knows I will stand with America and fight for America before I fight for their country. In the end of the day we are all Americans. Americans don’t defend nor support terrorist activities and organizations. Because the moment we do, we can’t call ourselves Americans.

I have been called back to Judaism divinely, but not accepted by many of the Jews i encountered who'd been raised in Hebrew school and observing the sabbath since childhood. What I've learned is my Jewish heritage is between ME and G-D, Hashem. HE has lead me, since before birth, to be who i am and KNOW HIM. I have been uncomfortable wearing my start of David at times, bcs ppl absolutely see and react. But now, i am lead to reread the Torah from beginning to end to find the messages intended for ME. To uncover the story i need to know now. HE said basically, turn it over and over for all that it is. Meaning the TORAH is new each time we read it, a we are always changing and seeing things differently. I am more deeply connected, regardless of not having one single Jewish friend ( i dont any friends for real. I am very reclusive). I do not connect with political zionism, but do connect with religious zionism, which are VERY different things. I want freedom and peace for ALL innocent people; all JEWS, all innocent Palestinians, all innocent Muslims, Christians etc. To Christians, please stop trying to convert us and please respect our choice to remain Jewish and please stop saying "you'll pray for us". We find it disrespectful and provocative to try and push your ideas on us. Instead, pray for peace in the world. If i find in the Torah that it says Jesus is the Messiah, i will decide for myself. I respect your choice, please respect mine. Shalom to all.

As a Jew I’m scared to show my kippah and show I’m a Jew. Feeling I’ll get jumped by some pro Palestinians.

The girl who said that she's scared to pray on the train.
I think the opposite, I have had religious Muslim workmates I would say even some of them were pro terrorism and they very strongly want that we should stick to our pride of being Jewish and religious!

I live in a Muslim community and have taken down my mezuzah. There is always a possibility of some angry person putting a lighted flare through my letterbox. I also have to think about the safety of my neighbours if this did happen there homes could be affected. If anyone were to ask if I was Jewish I would say no to protect myself. In Judaism you can break a law for one of three reasons. To save life, to protect life and to preserve life. However, I would never deny that God exists. That is the most important thing.

Baruch Hashem great work guys. Very admired. We are here in UK, atm we are down London way. My husband has Parkinson's and we are middle aged, so here he is not wearing his Kippur and Tzitz, but a hat. For me his wife people can't tell for sure I'm Jewish. But in the community for sure we also don't hide us being Jewish. Thank you so much for your wonderful work.

I fear for my 95 year old mother. These animals would attack a tiny old woman like her. I don't worry for me, but I also worry for my wife.
For me, I'm just sad. I've been a good citizen my whole life, volunteer to help others, never had a real controversy with anyone. I'm sad that means less than a mezuzah on the doorframe to some people.
I'm heartened, however, when I think how many at the Washington DC rally for Israel with me were not Jews. There are good people in this country. We must partner with them and then we'll be all right.

As a Christian, I pray for the peace of Jerusalem, I pray for the apple of Gods' eye.
As soon as the Lord is finished with the time of the Gentiles, God will turn back to His people.
How fair is God, EVERYONE, get a chance to choose Him!
