Definitely helps with my nail growth even when gardening 👩🏻🌾 Supplements definitely help strengthen my nails. I’ve been putting Olive & June Nail Strengthener on Before Gelish or nail polish and this has also helped. Of course, I apply Sweet Almond all day every day for the cherry on top. Hi Amanda. I just saw OPI came out with a bond repair product. Are you trying it? It’s expensive though.
