Huge realization there 🙏 The fear of what would happen if I just let my nervous system settle. Also great Sylvia Plath poem need to check out some of her stuff other than The Bell Jar. As an addict alcoholic I am always convincing myself I’m either better than everyone or worse than everyone and in both cases it’s the fear of just that neutrality and acceptance that I am everyone lol
