Looks delicious. But I add one pound of shrimp and one pound of ground pork to my eggrolls. Do you have a problem draining your vegie filling? Some people squeeze the vegies through a cheese cloth. Any ideas?

Dear Julia, egg rolls are a staple in our home. Our family comes together and we make 200-300 and freeze most of the egg rolls. we eat the rest for family dinner with fried rice and beef & broccoli. Or special occasions. Thanks Julia for the awesome support. Have a great weekend~Mai
I forgot to ask about freezing, as I want to make a large quantity at one time too. Do you fill the rolls, then freeze them before frying? Or do you fry them to completion, freeze them, and then put them in the oven to reheat? Is there any special method to how you freeze them?
Hi Michelle, the egg rolls should be frozen right after rolling so they will stay fresh when needed. They can remain frozen for 6 months. Happy cooking-Mai

I made a similar recipe, rather I added pre-cooked ground pork, pre- cooked shrimp, and left out the bean sprouts. I used a sweet garlic teriyaki sauce for dipping. Vietnamese sweet chili sauce is also very good. How about both? 😃 They all came out 100% Delicious 😋👍🏼 🌯

I let the cabbage mixture cool in the fridge over night , otherwise it makes the eggroll wrapper soften and 'melty'. !/:)
