- This is the recipe for a delicious and creamy Chicken Alfredo pasta that is grain free and dairy free. I am using Jovial Foods' grain free spaghetti. However, you can also make this recipe keto or Whole30 by replacing the grain free noodles with zucchini noodles or spaghetti squash.
Full recipe is included in the video. To print recipe, go to cook2nourish.com/2022/02/chic... - Навчання та стиль

Your tips on aip cooking especially Indian flavor profile cooking are very useful I ll be ordering few items to make butter chicken soon( im dying without chillies in my life and India and Korea cuisines are amongst my favourite and so not aip boohoo). I ve a form of arthritis (AS ) so hope to see some improvements at some point in next 12 to 18 months - I only started few wks ago with a dietitian who asked me to follow diet very similar to aip. I ve not ate any meat for 10 years so I feel like a teenager who suddenly has to learn how to cook...thank you for your efforts to put the knowledge out in the public. While there's lots of aip on UA-cam a lot of it doesn't really chime in with the kind of food I used to eat and you are the closest I found to my own preferences! I'm binging on your videos to learn how to cope in this new adventure and just wanted you to know how much I appreciate the information you provide.
Wow so great to hear that you are finding my videos useful! That's exactly the reason I try to make them! I wish you luck in your healing and hope you feel better soon!
I am looking forward to trying this recipe. I wonder, for AIP, could tiger knuts be used in place of the cashews? Thank you again for sharing these wonderful recipes with us!
That I think is a good idea. I believe you will need to soak the tiger nuts overnight before blending them.

Thank you!
Ty for this Chicken Alfredo recipe. I was wondering if you have been able to successfully add things back into your diet it’s been two years for me and I’ve actually grown a little afraid of food it’s been a real struggle
Yes definitely I have been able to reintroduce some foods back like some nuts and also rice in limited quantities. And I think if you have done AIP for 2 years, then you need to reintroduce foods back slowly again. You can get more information on reintroducing food on autoimmunewllness.com. Or if you are interested in joining a group coaching program for reintroduction, then check out www.welltheory.com. They have a program that specifically walks you through the reintroduction process.

Hows your RA now??can you do an health update video?
Ok will do! Thanks for suggesting!
I really want to ask. Can I have millet roti ( ragi, jowar, bajra) and lentils if I have Hashimoto?
I am in Australia and can’t seem to find any help . Naturopathic doctors here are all aussies and can’t find help with Indian good.
Please help.
I was also trying to get your ebook. But can’t seem to find a proper link. It keeps cutting me off.
here's the link to my ebook: cook2nourish.com/aip-indian-fusion#op3-element-gFIoYoaR. Also, all grains are initially to be avoided on AIP. But depending upon how you do, you might be able to slowly reintroduce some of the gluten free grains back. Hope that helps.
I have tried the Jovial grain free spaghetti noodles a couple of times now and noticed it breaks up so easily. First time I followed the package exactly and second time I undercooked it by 2 min to see if that would help. It still breaks. My dish always turn out looking like a mess! Any thoughts of what I’m doing wrong?
I recommend undercooking it when you cook it first and then also run it under cold water soon after (in the strainer). Then after adding to the chicken and sauce don't stir it too much and take it out soon (about 1 minute or so). Hope that helps!
