Thank you for talking about frozen veg, i think a lot of people think frozen veg is like tinned veg, but its totally different, the veg is flash frozen at the perfect moment and so as you say retains a lot of nutrients, whereas tinned has a lot of preservatives in it.
I saw konjac noodles at the supermarket today but didn't buy thinking I never used these and never heard of it until I was diagnosed with leaky gut. But now I will definitely buy it coz I love mushrooms I have been living off of coconut yogurt. ♥️
Hello! I just found your channel! Love it!! I LOVE using konjac noodles!! What kind/brand of coconut yogurt do you use? It looks so much thicker and creamier then the ones I have found!
If you have switched to dairy free yogurt for gut issues, I think you should go for a coyo that mentions as many probiotic cultures as it possibly can.. Irrespective of brand. Well at least thats what I do. 😊♥️
I can never find unsweetened coconut yogurt in the grocery stores near me. They all have fruit in them. Do you think the canned coconut milk or coconut cream would work instead? Thanks!
@@EatBurnSleep I am in the U.S. and in a major city, but every time I go to the stores, even Whole Foods, they either have fruit or vanilla in the unsweetened one. I have seen plain but it has sugar. Maybe the brands don't make a plain unsweetened one. I will experiment and see how it goes. It looked so good! I can't wait to try it!
Sometimes the plain ones just get lost/hidden behind flashy "fruity" products the brand wants to sell. I have a hard time finding plain ones too but they are definitely there. Just need to dig deeper I guess 😜

Look for Forager Plain cashew yogurt. It is great and can be used in so many recipes. It works great for anything needing sour cream substitute, too.
You can easily grow your own onions and store them over winter. Frozen diced onions are an absolute joke.
Can you share the link from where did you buy that pasta
This looks so fantastic! What brand of konjac noodles do you use? I'm in the US, so it'd be great to find a similar brand. :)
Rachel Fletcher I use « Eat water » but i think most brands would work!
How do you get over the texture of konjac noodles they’re so slimey 🤢
When you have other bigger health issues to deal with at hand, texture is the last thing on mind 😊
You need to rinse them in a sieve when you remove them from the package. Then dry them in a small dry frying pan.
