Do these mods work on a tdi? Or is the body different from the gti/r? I wounded if the headlight and fender lines would all fit proper.
Most of the body wise mods should fit. Engine, probably not

Question i just want to make sure, since i am slowly upgrading certain parts on my MK7 GTI. The tail lights for the MK7.5 the plug and play will they work for my GTI? i am new to the whole Markup scene and i want to make sure before i make such a purchase.
+Franchesca Trochez for tails it’s not as plug and play as the headlights. You do need harnesses to have the sequential turn signal and running lights. But they do work without the harness but kinda ugly imo

Any one tried the power folding mirror from aliexpress site, i’m fraid from the quality and the fittings, finishing..etc
have had a about 2 friends try it, everything is fine on it. you do have to code the mirrors though and the puddle lights but other than that they work. will probably get them on aliexpress eventually. def not looking to pay $600 for OEM.
You can get replacement aluminum paddles that pin in for 30 bucks on Amazon

I lowered my MK6 I'm not lowering my MK7 unless I get another car lol. It hurts you in too many ways. You scrape, you have reduced capabilities in snow because you can actually generate increased resistance just from the car being bottomed out in the snow. Not to mention ride quality goes out the window. I liked the look of my car and I liked how the MK6 felt in corners (MK7 is actually really impressive stock so far but I have had it less than a week) but that was it.
Of course if aesthetics see important go for it but you have been warned lol.
I’m not even lowered and I’ve already cracked my oil pan once. Hate these New York roads 😢
