Yoo i never wouldve thought you couldve gotten a new dsg shift knob with red accents that is high quality and feels just like the factory one for only 50$!!!
1:06 "Appreciate it if you like the smash button." - Lucas Huang 2019
great vid nonetheless bro XD i liked the smash button
Great video! Don't forget to mention TDI... There's a very small but super loyal following to the TDI.. any and all little things that could apply to it are awesome.
Marco Rangel I just switched out my Jetta sportwagen TDI for a GTI. Swapped the intake and working no problems🤣
2-300$ for a downpipe? what tha......oh this was three years ago🫠
Best gti channel
Yerrrrrr Lucas thanks for this video. May be in your next one you can include an 8 inch screen radio from Avinusa. Just wanted to know your thoughts about it.
Look into it let know what you think.
hey can you do a video for the 1.8t mk7s? i got a tsi but your videos are funny asf so i just keep watching. keep up the good work g
Thanks for the support bro
Most of the GTI stuff apply for the 1.8s too
hi Lucas, I enjoy your videos very much. You mentioned used parts many times. Where are the good places to shop for used parts? Any websites or apps?
fb group facebook.com/groups/MK7groupsales/
Lucas Huang thank you so much
This is probabky gonna apply to the next video but a set of good tires
Firestone Firehawk Indy 500. Underrated and you can grab a set off of Tire Rack for ~$400.
Tires were definitely on the list in this video.
Name of song in outro?
i vibe with patrick star on your shelf
thanks for the video bruh
I've done Res Delete on my 7.5 GTI and it sounds so good. 66 db idling on stock and 75 db idling w/ res delete. Drones around 2800 rpm so you don't need to worry about it. Farts are loud as heck and gives you eargasm. Cold start is awesome too. To do a res delete, you need to remove the resonator and install a straight pipe and that would cost around $100 in an 5 stars shop. If the costs exceeded it's a scam.
Pyscop ِStation you kept the muffler though?
Just deleted the resonator?
Michael yes sir.
CTS kit worth?
I wonder what it sounds like
I just put in my new led headlights and led taillights and they're filthy!! All in all about 800 total for both and the LED headlights
Is 1 qty via Ali express representative of a complete set (left + right) of Headlights/Taillights respectively? In otw, should qty be 1 or 2?
How bout them sequential led side mirror indicators?
That's like $40 on AliExpress

@@LucasHuang Shit...I suck
@@preeceeric lol nah you good
I’m fairly new to owning a GTI but why would I need to upgrade a clutch if I got the Cobb tune, also I’m not trying to make it fast just trying to unlock everything
It’s usually just the stock clutch can’t handle extra power and starts slipping. Even if you’re aren’t going all out power a lot of people start slipping with a jb4 or stage 1
When I put dp engine light came on and if I put jb4 will it be ok? Like stage 2 tune?
So I just got a Mk7 gti... I want more Loud. You’re saying go downpipe over catback? I’ve been debating this. More performance gain from downpipe aswell yes? I’d go with a Catted DP though so i dont breathe that shit in
downpipe first and if that still doesn't tickle your pickle you can go muffler delete or whatever else catback options
Would you recommend a JB4 tune on a mk7?
yes i do
Hi. Thanks for the vid. What is the express website called? Thank you

How much power can possibly get from a JB4?
Have heard people pro tune it to stage 1
Turbo elbow along with turbo muffler delete. I found it more responsive. Anyone else feel this?
Did both of these and removed the snow guard from intake box, and added a silicone intake hose.
I immediately felt a difference, car felt like it kept more momentum instead of bogging upon letting off the throttle.
Nothing insane but it made me happy no doubt.
i dont like the look of mudflaps but on a golf they are useful af.
I was looking at getting a jb4 for my gti should I buy used or new??
New if you can, used if you trust who's selling it. Not a major difference 350 or 450. $100 more for 100% peace of mind
Oettinger spoiler!!
Do people tune leases
Its not unheard of but its mostly just bolt ons and pretty sure its gotta be detuned once the lease is up
Yeah lol
$200-$300 downpjpe...is that made on a 3D printer? 🤨
Stark industries
@@LucasHuang A road legal 200 CELL cat downpipe goes from 600-1400€
And there is no guarantee it will meet Euro 5/6 emission regulations eighter, depends on the tune aswell.
Ohh and catless, forget about that in EU, everything needs a certificate (TUV) and that stuff is expensive
Dealerships don't want you to not have a warranty. Dealerships want your car to need work and for you to be bringing your car to them for work that they bill Volkswagen for.
Volkswagen doesn't want to pay to repair things caused by your mods. Dealerships are not Volkswagen. Dealerships sell products provided by Volkswagen.
