The List Of People Who Can't Stand Gordon Ramsay

- Gordon Ramsay doesn’t exactly have a reputation as someone that everyone will like, as he will scream and shout at chefs on Hell’s Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares, but it’s also clear that there is more to him than just loud noises. However, there are plenty of other celebrity chefs who do not care for the man, and some of them have had some pretty public fights with him. From the Jamie Oliver feud that turned extremely personal to the food critic that Ramsay thought went too far, let’s take a look at the list of people who can’t stand Gordon Ramsay.

I’m kinda sad about what happened with Marco and Gordon, what an iconic pair that would’ve been had they still been close. If what Gordon did is true, it’s really upsetting that he’s willing to betray his mentor like that just because he thought he was responsible for a negative review on his restaurant. Marco always believed in Gordon, honestly such a shame..
You have to remember that Marco was extremely brutal and abusive to his chefs. He’s assaulted them, thrown pots and pans at his own chefs, including Gordon, if he felt like it outshined him in any way. I can see that building up strong resentment and hatred for a tyrant boss like that.
Way I see it, they were both in the wrong -- White for his abusive treatment of his apprentice chefs and Ramsay for bringing a TV crew to White's wedding (which I think we can all agree is a crap thing to do if you don't have explicit and written permission) and creating the lie about White stealing his res book. That's pretty awful behavior.
Well...Gordan inherited that behavior from being mentored by Marco. Marco still partially blamed
So true

Especially if he has never apologized for that.
Well, it was on the phone. Nobody knows if it’s true. He could be lying.
Ramsey doesn’t seem like a racist to me, it doesn’t even make sense to say black bastard. Some minority people lie about stuff to cancle other people.

Ramsay is honestly a nice guy outside of his shows and out of the kitchen. Just be a nice guy to him, and respect his work, and he’ll be a cool guy. Hell, watch Masterchef, that’s how he usually acts.
Marco?
@Proxima No. But watch any media with him outside of his kitchen. Night and day difference.

@Proxima what? are you FBI or something?
Doubt.
Gordon talking about Marco and said he should hang the apron up now being in his late 40's or early 50's, meanwhile today Gordon is 55 and hasn't taken his own advice.
Jamie Oliver was just a sous chef before getting a tv gig and becoming famous. Ramsay was an award winning chef and successful restauranteur long before his tv shows. He and the critic shouldn’t be on this list.
A list that forgot Samy and Amy
I love Gordon Ramsay. Because you can't convince people to laze up their work. I understand that he and his previous mentor Pierre had beef with each other, but the time where Gordon exceeds his talent to become the best chef known to all by giving a lot of effort making his own T.V. shows and his UA-cam channel even has a lot of viewers to it. He might not have the best attitude, but he is a great person that stands out to bring out more quality to everything cooking related.
Yup, he's a great chef, one of the best i would say. Still, being on such a high level, his attitude is rather unpleasant.
Mihaugoku his attitude on TV has honestly got him to the point he’s at, read some interviews with people who’ve worked with him on shows. They all say when the cameras aren’t rolling he’s very nurturing and caring. He’ll watch master chef junior and you can see that, most of the cursing and profanity on his shows is for the cameras, though you can see when he’s truly angry because someone is literally endangering others with stupid mistakes.
Also don’t forget he didn’t have a great up bringing, so his attitude and behaviour likely stems from his desire to be the best and his need for perfection. I mean his mouth is about normal for a Scottish man so that’s just that. But otherwise the guys a good person.

Dave Jenkins he’s hasn’t gone bankrupt. Where did you get that nonsense from?
The point JW is that he has been losing his original income which is from restaurants while the other forms of income are supplementing him. Obviously he isn't bankrupt, he has more money than Gordon.
Heath Savage I have eaten at Jamie Oliver's restaurants and the food is amazing and the cakes too!! The service is impeccable! It has a great inviting atmosphere, great European decor, and not a snob, stuck up atmosphere like Ramsay's. The queue was massive, the restaurant was full every single day! we couldn't make a reservation, everything was booked! So we had to make the reservation a week in advance! Extremely popular. Who says about bankruptcy??? The guy thrives in his business. And good on him!

Gordon Ramsey is talented as hell. Hate all they want he's amazing.
Alexis Arrizon He might be talented. But his methods of business, his way of treating other humans is absolutely disgusting. And to those who think that it's okay to do something like that for tv's sake and be nice in "real life": It's even worse to promote that sort of behaviour, to get a hard-on from making people feel like shit. I can't understand why so many people like him. He's a talented cook I'd love to eat his food. But I'd rather not eat it at all if I had to endure his presence with it.
Yeah his methods are extreme but they work, so in the end is totally worth it, beside he only do that when the situation is necessary, I think it was in the episode where he went on Mama Rita restaurant, in that episode he love the food, the decor was good, even the fridge was one of the best only one complain the presentation on the plate, but that is minus because everything else was good but no customers, before you say "Was only one episode" I say okay you're right but another episode, this is a famous one the episode about Amy's Baking Company, although that place is shit and the owners are even worse, the fridge was actually a positive for Ramsay is true that he didn't save this restaurant it was the only time that he give up completely, the fridge was okay but only that can't doesn't save a restaurant.
Felix Huber U wanna know why he treats people like that. To get them to wake up and be committed to cooking. He doesn't just do this cause he wants to, but to help the cooks fight through the pressure, making themselves just as confident. And Ramsay insults the food so the cooks can understand to never fuck up again. It's not like he hates people.
If someone is working for him, they obviously understand the standards he has. Why do you think he has those Michelin stars? Because the people that work for him know his expectations. Thats why you never see him yelling at his staff in his real resteurants, unlike the cooking shows.
That’s the problem, I hate when people think it’s ok to be a dick as long as u have skill. I rather deal with someone who’s not a dick and isn’t talented then someone who’s talented and a dick.

He's blatantly honest which I'd rather have so i can improve. I know he's brash, but 90% of elite chefs are bc of the way they are trained, its almost like the military bc they basically are in ranks when training and most chefs teach with an iron fist especially in France. He honestly wants to help but when he's got 3-7 days to completely change a chefs bad habits or whatever he doesn't have time to kiss your egos ass as it slams into the ground, so he can help you rebuild it with a proper foundation.
@Pursuit Mane you sound incompetent, plz explain how he is racist? Drinking that Haterade i see. You are talking shit about him bc he is brash and honest instead of kissing the flawed chefs ass? Didn't he cheat on her? No judgement but it seems a little twisted to say that and then claim he's some kind of white knight.
@@rugbyslug
That was the claim but nothing was founded. The woman who claimed he slept with her was also writing a book called "How to be a mistress", so I wouldn't put too much stock in her words! BUT, BUT and that's a big BUT!! Gordon has a hard roaming eye and is extremely flirtatious. If he hasn't cheated on Tana yet he's bound to.
Oh,shaking in my boots. Tanyas a doormat anyway!!!!
Anne Perry lmao TIG BITTIES FOR LIFE
6:03 Chef Ripert is spot on. I worked in a lot of kitchens under chefs I respect and they lead a team. They don't shout like a child.
Don't throw food prepared by non-professionals, including children, either.
100 dollars says the "black bastard" conversation never happened
hope not cause idk how to justify it
Marco will cook circles around anyone. Or all of them working against him. Hugely inspiring to me
Joe w true, nobody can Touch Marco in cooking
One of his books just arrived yesterday to my house. I'm really looking forward to it.
How could someone hate such a perfect piece of art.
Khadija Elboushi agreed
Perfect piece of art? His face looks like crackling. He looks like someone put a chefs hat on a wallnut.
Art is art? 😂 and you know art gets better with age
Khadija Elboushi not everyone can appreciate exquisite art.
Well I wouldn't buy him a beer but, his wife looks at him with affection after years of marriage. His Kids look happy, well adjusted and fed. Has a job and provides for his family. Good with kids too. Has to be doing something right. Don't have to like a guy, yeah I could work with him just fine. 😋
The thing I kniw about Gordon Ramsay is that when you present him and act to him with respect he will give feedbacj with respect as well. Showing an attitude beyond worst will definitely deserves a word from Gordon Ramsay. He dont want lazy, inexperienced, irresponsible, chef. He needs a worthy man for the job. Yelling in insulting manner doesn't just hate Gordon himself, it to boost all this chef to cook it perfectly because his standards says his main priority is the costumers and guests whi eats in his restaurant. Its funny how most of the mentioned name hates him because of his personality, how he approach people good or bad, how he handled business. That's the way he is. I would be proud him saying anything insulting to me with regards to my dish. Its part of learning and if you disagree, well its according to your standards. This all are just my opinions and I truly loved Gordon Ramsay the way he was. If you think otherwise then its uo to you to judge.
Betraying Marco... not cool.
Yeah Ramsay is really suffering from his betrayal of holy Marco 😂😂😂
Ramsay intemidated by marco... All chefs knows what gordon doing... Insulting, humiliating... Coz restaurant is not a fucking play game whom you can resume what ever.
the apprentice must betray and outshine his master
@@blackfyre5158 so because you didnt lose anything it makes it cool to go around fucking over people who helped you?
@@nanderlizernanderlizer684 they were the ones who helped
It's their mistake
Eric Ripert and Jacques Pepin are very classy gentlemen. Love them!
