- So this was kind of a surprise, there was an eggplant in 4-2 and I decided to go with it. It was actually a pretty hard seed as well, not having climbing gloves, spring boots, or paste until the 7-90's. Not to mention I didn't get to clone the sun challenge bag!

@@Arrowarshinhire, they gain trust when you clear levels with them, making them sleep longer among other things. The Spelunky fandom wiki for “hired help” has the details in a table

Eggplant run plus 7-99 plus on the daily! I still can't get over how good you are, inspirational really. I got my 1st sunken city run completed today, felt good.A few weeks ago it sempt impossible, so I'm getting better, but reaching your level is impossible for myself I'm aware of that. GGs

I had an achievement today as well. After 1553 deaths, I finally beat Olmec phase 3 and, in the same run, beat Tiamat! I am SO HAPPY! I finally can play as Guy and Mandfred, and I, you know... BEAT THE GAME!

could you use the looping nature of the cosmic ocean + the rare golden parachute that drops gold as long as you fall to get infinite money?
i feel like if this got popular it would be patched out somehow, or maybe it’s already prevented somehow (cap on the gold generated, or a very long timer on the parachute itself where it just drops you)
this was a thing for a while but was patched a long time ago. somebody got over 3 mil from the para and most thought that it should be considered cheating

This was a good ass daily challenge and I fucked it up over an idol trap on 2-4 I had like 50 hp cause I got all the hired hands in vlads castle

What if you gotta break the bubbles in a certain order and the order always change and always random. It's possible no one popped them in the right order after many runs?
I learned a consistent Quillback kill setup using 1 bomb but I haven’t seen any large streamers use it, is there a reason as to why?
Usually just throwing skulls at him gets the job done, and it saves a bomb.
I personally just try to bring a torch to quillback, kills him quick

most likely saving it for clone gun strats later on. the problem is that unless you get the sun challenge on 1-1 (very rare not to) then you cant use the clone gun

@@tweektweak2145 He picked up the bomb box before thinking about not doing the clone gun strat, if he realized he was just gonna waste the clone gun on 4-2 before picking up the bomb box then he probably would've cloned it.
@@DoomerSlice He didn't need the bombs he said in the video so he clone gift boxes for possible paste.

Hey Twiggle How can u make quillback go a certain way?
Damaging Quillback causes him to roll in whichever side of him the damage landed on. For example, throw a skull at the right side of Quillback, he’ll roll right. Or if you jump in the left side of his head, he’ll go left.
