you may have been influenced me too much. I now have the exact same kit as you, gr3x and pocket 3. I love it. I shoved in the zve10m2 with the sigma 18-50 for cinematics though. you are officially an influencer
This is exactly my current setup. GRIII + OP3. Sold all my other gear cause I never used them as much as these 2 cameras. Totally changed the travel game for me.
Great video. I travel a lot for work and always am adjusting my travel gear. In the subject of pocket cameras I’ve been using the Sony ZV1ii. Kind of got it on a whim but have really fell in love with it. It’s a fun camera. I carry it a DJI pocket 3, DJI action 4 and aDJI air 2s drone. They all fit nicely in my pack with a few extra batteries a mono pod and a few random mounts. Great video! I love this kind of stuff.
Awesome man. I've been in BKK for a year. Best city in the world for street photography. I want that Ricoh. My stupid Canon is too big for candid street photography lol
As for keeping gear clean; I unzip all pockets from my bags and just turn them upside down shaking and for the camera and lenses themselves i use a compressed air canister and a make-up brush. The OP3 is truely a nice little machine for traveling or documenting every day life. Hope they will make the OP4 weather resistant. The GR is nice and small, was contemplating to buy it next to my Sony A6400, but went with the OSMO 3 instead, I hate filming with the A6400 (no ibis).
Thank you - No LUTs on my Pocket 3 footage. Straight out of camera with a little bit of saturation. Everything else is graded with my LUTs on my website
@ To be honest, I was skipping through the video to find more detailed sequences about the bag but couldn’t find them. I have no major complaints, but if 80% of your thumbnail has been taken by the bag, you just naturally expect more details about it, that’s all.
I would never buy a fixed lens camera, I always want to change lenses and have that possibility. I use my Nikon V1 and my Nikon J5 and with just three lenses. I cover every focal length from 18 mm to 300 mm. I also have a 28 mm equivalent and a 50 mm equivalent For doing street photography. I’m sure the GR three is a great camera and certainly it’s pocket but it certainly not for me. Enjoyed your video though. You’re right when you have a small camera people don’t take you seriously. My Nikon J5 also does everything my cell phone does. Regards Gerry
“I would never buy a fixed lens camera” such a boomer way to start a comment, also love that’s it’s followed with basically “why would I buy a small camera when I can just carry 5 lenses at all times!” 😂
No, you dont need two cameras🤦♂️ only one is enough! Or even phone. If you need more, you are not enough good photographer, or there is something problem.🤷♂️ thats stupid to say to someone at you need 2 cameras. One with somekind zoom lens, and thats enough!

Haha good to know - glad I’ve helped though

Yep 100%
I thought on the GR III that dust mainly gets in thru the lens with repeated on and off switching, the main reason I haven't purchased one yet.
New subscriber here, love the video! I have all the same gear and its game changing to have so much power in such a little kit.
Thanks for the sub and welcome to the channel!

I did the Camino almost 20 years ago, I remember carrying a film Canon SLR with a zoom lens. 😂
Nice man!! Very nice! 😊
Thank you! Cheers!
Mi combo perfecto es la Ricoh GRII, Osmo pocket 3 y una olympus MJUII todo lo que necesito para viajar
muy bien
Great video and info Jay, question which LUT are you using for the DJI Osmo Pocket 3?
Thank you - No LUTs on my Pocket 3 footage. Straight out of camera with a little bit of saturation. Everything else is graded with my LUTs on my website
What about the bag?!!
What about it? Did you watch the whole video?

@@gurindiadventures3810exactly 😂
@@gurindiadventures3810boomer??
My camera with 5 lenses and 2 batteries fits in a Fanny pack that is 1/4 the size of your recommended bag.
@@gurindiadventures3810fixed lens is definitely the worst choice for me
It limits me i use rx100 or mirrorless
Yo. you did breathtaking editing. see you later~=)
Thank you - appreciate that
Seems overkill to need two cameras for a minimal setup.
Did you see what cameras they were?
@@Jay_Ducker Sorry, didn't consider your filming requirements.. Carry GR3 + XT4 myself.

I don’t think you watched the video
Lmao did you even watch the video
You think this is a definitive guide?
Phone is the last thing you want to photograph anything
But that's my opinion
Ps. I still use my phone for landscapes
