Transfer of wealth usually occur during market crash, so the more stocks drop, the more I buy, in the meanwhile I'm just focused on making better investments and earning more as recession fear increases, apparently there are strategies to 3x gains in this present market cos I read of someone that pulled a profit of $350k within 6months, and it would really help if you could make a video covering these strategies.

Yeah, financial advisors could make a lot of difference, particularly in a market such as this. Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look. I have been using an FA since 2020, and I return at least $30k ROI, and this does not include capital gain.

@sergezerkin i dont think inflation is 10% its about 3% but usually when dealing with return rates on stocks i think they are pre-inflation numbers. So must basic s&p 500 etfs have about an average return rate of 7% after inflation
@@sergezerkin Inflation is not 10%. Even taking into the absurd inflation in 2022, its still just been 19% total for the 5 years.
The total gain was still 53% in that time.
And this is post taxes, so capital gains could be somewhere between 0 and 15%, only on the 53% gain (not the principal).

Your bank use your money to invest and loan out whilst giving you a minuscule return. Take back that control and earn 11% annually on average instead of the 0.2% the banks give you whilst they pocket the rest

@@realrareap2420 Investing in the S&P isn't gambling as it has literally trended upwards since it's inception regardless of recessions or even the great depression. In 20 years, there's essentially a 100% chance that you made a significant amount of money which is the opposite of gambling.

The more I look into it, the more that I feel investing in the S&P 500 is about preserving the buying power of your investment instead of increasing it. If you really want to increase it then invest in individual companies; however, that comes with more work and risk.

Investing should be done when you have a lot of income coming in otherwise it doesn't make much sense. There are also people in their 20s making $1 million in 1 year and some in a month. Are you seriously going to trade 20 years of your life for it? Because incase you haven't noticed, most people who are stock market rich have a business that brings in significant cash flow that they take and invest
i think its about simultaneously accessing the liquidity from many stocks at once. like if you dump millions into the s&p it would resist the increase in price more so than an individual stock.

You're partially right... BUT you didn't mention the tax you paid, you didn't mention management fees, you didn't mention buying/selling fees, you didn't mention custody fees, you didn't mention broker fees.

Actually this is bad for 4.5yrs.. just investing in Amazon last year at $100-$110 you would be up 60%-75% just from that.. plus cover call writing. But more than 75% of traders dont have 25k outside of their 401k account

Average inflation of the U.S is around 4%, S&P 500 has an average return of about 5-10% a year. You’re still making money every year, just keep reinvesting your income and you’ll become a Millionare in a couple of decades.

It started 21 February and recovered on 28 August (4 months before the year ended). The year overall had a positive return despite the massive crash
