  • As we already know - every golf swing is different. Of course at the top level they share commonalities but each player has their unique way of doing it and for the swing trigger, we suggest you do the same in the sense of discovering your own.

I can honestly say, keeping mobile over the ball and having my own trigger has had the biggest impact on my golf swing/game in the last 12 months. It allows a more natural movement with less thoughts... basically everything Marcus mentions at the closing of the video 👍

Fantastic explanation of why we all need to move before we hit the ball, I.e., a trigger move that will propel our swing back in order for us to go forward. Cheers.

Right, I never really thought about it much before I saw another coach ask the question "what starts the swing?". Pressure plates show almost every good golfer puts pressure into the balls of the lead foot to begin. Which makes sense as you describe in this video.

Sending this to my young daughter who has just started to take up golf. It's a great feel movement that we can all use to get that better movement 👍👍👍

Thank you, Marcus! I just purchased your ZEN GRFI to help my young son learn a proper swing. Over the last year or so, your videos have been profound for my golf swing!

Great video Marcus . One of the biggest problems in golf has been the sequence . Stagnant is a killer. The ground is your friend. Yet most are trying to get to the ball with out using
the ground in the right order . Upper body freezing the lower.

Excellent video. Was watching Woody Austin's swing and noticed the forward press but could not tell exactly what he was doing. Your description was what I was missing.

Could you please explain the difference between your 2 types of waggle, the 1st at 10:28 and the 2nd at 10:30. Or are they the same? The 10:30 one seems strange. Is it possible to do a seperate clip on the waggle as it is a mini rehearsal of the actual swing?

Marcus if you are left handed and play right handed and it feels awkward to throw right handed can you make a motion with the left hand as throwing a golf disc? Would that create the same body mechanics as throwing but backhanded? Thank you as always great video.

500 years of golf instructions debunked in 15 minutes, thank you team GRF for the Zen method of body movement and golf. I’m a much better walker and golfer since my purchase. Wish you guys would come over to California for some face on instructions
