- With each passing day, the hype for Street Fighter 6 gets stronger and stronger! With the release of the themes for this Street Fighter, there's been some controversy over how they've sounded. Mainly the original casts and how they've deviated from the originals.
Personally, both Chun Li's and Ryu's have grown on me and with the recent release of Jamie's, I think most people agree that...
IT SLAPS!
But when I heard it.....it was like a familiar SLAP...like I've been hit with this before! Then it clicked.....
BURNING RANGERS!
I almost fell out of my seat when I figured it out! Hopefully, someone who's actually GOOD with making music/cover can find this or hear the same thing I'm hearing and make a mix or something because from the video you can probably tell I AM NOT GOOD with that. Both of these themes are SO GOOD in my opinion and again.....I CAN'T WAIT FOR STREET FIGHTER 6
With that being said I'll have more videos out later this week (the only reason this came so early was that it didn't even take an hour to make and I wanted to put it out while the theme was still "new") and once I spam those out I'll be on another hiatus.

Honestly, the two songs don't really sound much alike on their own; they're just both pretty standard funk tunes with brass sections harmonized in the typical soli and such.
But you could definitely make a good mashup of the two.

The remix of the burning rangers, burning depth is one of the best remixes Sega has ever done (they did remove that one guy doing a solo an duet and it’s kinda funny)

Idk anything about Burning Rangers but thank you for putting me onto an absolute fire song. I feel like that Burning Depths just blew Jamies theme out of the water. Jamies theme isn't horrible but I just feel like it ramps up each phase getting progressively better. Round 1 is kinda meh. Round 2 is great. Round 3 goes loco. I prefer my songs to be clean all the way through and Burning Depths did it for me.

Right! I think it's a game that could REALLY benefit from a remake with today's hardware and game engines. Especially with the outer space environments and all that water and fire flying everywhere. Unfortunately, it isn't Sonic, Yakuza, Phantasy Star, or under Atlus ......so I doubt Sega is even thinking of it😂

I really like that she's a Kung Fu Master this time around and they've done a great job with making her gameplay even feel like it when you compare her to previous games. I was thinking of picking up Kimberly as a secondary because I also used Guy and Ibuki in SF4 but the smooth drunk man has just about won me over because I think the dude has a lot of potential with his moveset!

modding the burning rangers theme to replace jamies theme
Thatd be sick if you're able to do it! I was going to TRY modding it in and uploading it myself when the game came out. Only problem is the music is constantly changing what part of the song is played/looped during rounds ...so I wasn't sure how that would differ from what you'd normally would do with a song that has only 1 loop point (like on a main menu)

what sf6 sound track lack is singing.
i love... "SOME" sf6 songs. but theyre wierd. the type of ost you will only rember after 10 years of playing the game and being associated with loss and victories.
but then ED theme droped. and whil its not perfect. it fixed a lot of issues i had with the game's music feeling empty and voided before i add my own sense and storry arcs to i.
and then this one. that feel so good with the lyrics. if sf6 themes had lyrics they would be fire. and enjoyed by way more people.
The other game song doesn't sound cheesy. A bit of jazzy rap. The jamie song ain't it.
The theme is alright for this new character but sf6 music has been for the most part lackluster and bland.
