I think that money is just a tool of exchanging the value and offer is like negotiating.

So I'm a bit confused if you spent $800k on courses plus everything else the phone includes and you're selling it for $100k how is this a good deal for the seller? Or is this offer just suppose to be good for the buyer but then what does the seller get out of it? Its like saying ill sell you this McLaren p1 for $400k like of course its a steal because you know the value of it is over 1 Mil but as a seller you're losing money. Maybe Im missing something if anyone can explain I would really appreciate it, Thanks!

the courses are digital content. everything on that phone is digital, he can give it away and back it up on a new iphone so he loses nothing. it is selling information.
