Hi Dan. I am a stay at home dad and am currently in school for a masters in psychology. I want to start coaching but I am not sure how to productize my service. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance! 😀 Tony
Think about three things. Make sure there’s a benefit people are willing to pay for, in what you do. Make sure what you do is different than your competitors or something they’re not willing to do. Make sure there is an extreme emotional connection to the benefit. Meaning, they feel really bad about their problem not getting solved. If you can do these three things everything will fall into place
I'm still figuring it out. I'm a photographer with a knack for lighting and finding problems. I want to help people start, brand, and photograph their business. But how? Who knows. Lol.
I really struggle here. I know I have so much potential but have no idea who to serve and what methods, I know how to build funnels, run facebook ads, sms strategies, google my business etc!

I get it, but not completely. I definitely got valuable info from this. I'm definitely still not at my starting point. It would have been nice to see what the concrete offer would then look like after the entire process. I think it would have helped just sum everything up. Still got value though, thank you! :)
