I am more of a big picture/philosophy guy with eating. I strive to eat as close to the way God put things on the earth and shun anything that diverts from that wisdom. This is my motivation.

Hi Adam. I'm doing the exercises for ear and sinus and loving them. Yet I wonder if in your practice you also recommend some type of antibiotics or other medicine for infections that have been going on for years (decades actually!).

I’ve been working out a lot recently and I’ve been having discomfort in my right testicular area. Been freaking out if it was a hernia. After working all these areas I realized I was super tight. I was a Massage Therapist for 17 years. I should’ve known better.
Laughing to myself right now as I had a similar experience, Dan. I, and an MD, thought I had an inguinal hernia. Had an ultrasound and an MRI that did not confirm it. Had my massage therapist work my oblique muscle a few times and its been gone for years now. I should've started with the simple answer ; ). @@dradamfields I do have a bubble above my belly button. I went to a specialist and he said he thought it was just a separation (diastasis recti) I tried to get an ultrasound unfortunately my insurance wouldn’t cover it. So I haven’t been back since.
Sir MRI indicate muscle contraction and little bit compression between c5,c6 .. now my problem is headech and when i m feel hunger i got imbalance my body ..please tell me what kind of stretch i needed please help me sir .i feel pain since last 3 years

I thought I was tripping when I felt pain on my right side. I keep trying to stretch but it doesn't work. That stick looks painful 😮 I don't know
