    I have to say I absolutely trust everything you are teaching and I don’s say that about many people on the internet! Your content is honest, real and humble! As someone with Crohn’s, scoliosis and TMJ your channel is a god send. I absolutely love the yoga/ exercise videos and feel so amazing afterwards. Thank you. Would you ever consider doing any video’s on weight loss? I feel like there is so much false information out there.

      Your words are so encouraging for me, Karen. Thank you! As far as weight loss goes, I send people to Dr Don Clum 631 413-4839. He really holds your hand through the process.
      I am more of a big picture/philosophy guy with eating. I strive to eat as close to the way God put things on the earth and shun anything that diverts from that wisdom. This is my motivation.

      I will definitely look at Dr Don Clum, thank you. This is the philosophy I generally live by too, its the last few pounds that are the hardest. It may be down to some metabolism issues. Thank you 🙏

    Hello Adam! Today I did this video with a broomstick, and my hips feel very relaxed. I've had groin and lower back pain since a few years ago, and with your videos, I can feel how my mobility has increased. How often would you recommend me to do this massage?

      Hi Ana, Wonderful! I would do a massage and a stretching video daily and, when the pain is manageable, start doing my core strengthening videos.

    Hi Adam. I'm doing the exercises for ear and sinus and loving them. Yet I wonder if in your practice you also recommend some type of antibiotics or other medicine for infections that have been going on for years (decades actually!).

    Oops I sent that to soon,, I do this but it gets sore so I stopped, cuz of mesh. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to be sore but my doc pushes on it. No one told me what I can do with mesh.

    I’ve been working out a lot recently and I’ve been having discomfort in my right testicular area. Been freaking out if it was a hernia. After working all these areas I realized I was super tight. I was a Massage Therapist for 17 years. I should’ve known better.

      Laughing to myself right now as I had a similar experience, Dan. I, and an MD, thought I had an inguinal hernia. Had an ultrasound and an MRI that did not confirm it. Had my massage therapist work my oblique muscle a few times and its been gone for years now. I should've started with the simple answer ; ).
      Keep on loving the people with those healing hands and thanks for checking out the video. This PT is quite amazing.

      @@dradamfields I do have a bubble above my belly button. I went to a specialist and he said he thought it was just a separation (diastasis recti) I tried to get an ultrasound unfortunately my insurance wouldn’t cover it. So I haven’t been back since.

    Sir MRI indicate muscle contraction and little bit compression between c5,c6 .. now my problem is headech and when i m feel hunger i got imbalance my body ..please tell me what kind of stretch i needed please help me sir .i feel pain since last 3 years

    I thought I was tripping when I felt pain on my right side. I keep trying to stretch but it doesn't work. That stick looks painful 😮 I don't know

    It’s hard to tell from a side view where you’re pressing. Lots of them look on the same place and descriptions aren’t helping me much 😢
