Added all the prices and it’s $940 where I am, but that’s still insane pricing for these specs, good work :)
I just ordered my hardware this week. 6700 XT paired with a Ryzen 7 5700X for 1150ish. It’s all about patience and truly knowing what you want out of your computer before you mock build.
Sub 1000 for a pc to perform like that is insane to me.
@@Yerocco and it’s gonna crush 1080p gaming
@@rimsy5649 it’s honestly great
@@Yerocco did u use windows 10 or 11 i’ve been seeing a lot of more builds like this using 11, and i don’t know which key to buy
Microsoft will stop supporting windows 10 by October 14 2025 so I would lean towards 11 I’ve used windows 11 for little over a year now and I have no complaints so far. Hope this helps
Nice! I just got this card like 2 weeks ago, loving how it’s running, I have it paired with an i512400f
Thanks for the vid man! Extremely helpful for new pc builders like me!
Thank you very much i appreciate it!!
this channel is so criminally underrated 😭
I appreciate that!

Hey man, I've ordered my parts and will be doing a similar build to yours. First time building so I hope I've ensured the parts are all compatible and I can put it together right. Your video helped me realise that I will need a at least one fan splitter, because my board only has two fan headers for three fans the case comes with.
Nice!!! You got this man just take your time and if you run into any hesitation just pull up a video on UA-cam on that step and you’ll have it up and going in no time! Good luck!
Ive got the same CPU and GPU, a beast indeed!
At what resolution do u play your games. And how much fps and temperature do u get ?
I just built an almost identical system. ASRock 6700 xt challenger, MSI b550 pro vhd, 1T m.2, 16gb 3600, 750 Thermaltake, fans and case. I added a 1440p monitor. Wow! This thing is awesome! I can even throw some rt in my games and still play with great fps. Thanks for the video.
Awesome!!!
How's it run with vr?
Using r5 5600x too?
@@OzannRY Yep. R5 5600x. I built in in January.
@@MrBigric1 Haven't tried it.
On all these UA-cam build videos the motherboard looks like it's been through the tranches. There's thermal paste residue all over the socket and there's smudges all over the motherboard's PCB and heatsinks.
All? This is my reused motherboard and I’m demonstrating a build that people can do under a particular price point. I’ll send it to you first next time to clean it.
@@RyderTech you're not funny! The least you could of done is to clean the board before filming, instead it looks so tacky. But of course please do send it to me, $120 off my upcoming build.
Homie it’s not that serious don’t let a few smudges ruin your day. Life is good be happy

Godamn.
My build is 5600x and 6700xt and i must say PC is beast :)
Hi! i’m about to build my first pc with these same components ,however i still don’t know which mobo i’ll get. there are a lot of motherboards and i don’t know witch one is the “best” for this setup. if i can ask, which one did u get, and which one would u recommend me ?

Why did you spend so much💀 did u build it in 2021?
@@tomtemple69prolly EU prices
@@tomtemple69different country’s? Is a thing u know
I love the build! But, can I use a different PSU like a NZXT 750w?
I’m new to PC building so I’m not really sure what parts fit with what
Absolutely you can
@@RyderTech alright thank you man 🙏
should I go for i5 12400f since it’s 26% better or r5 5600x for sam , or spend more cash for r7 5700x? thx
What gpu? Reason I ask is bc if you have a AMD graphics card I would recommend the 5600x but if you have a nvidia card I would go 12400f
@@RyderTech rx6700xt ,one more question I will play on 120fps display so is capping the fps at 120 will have same results with low latency as if Iam using nvidia reflex, I heard that anti lag is much worse than nvidia reflex so will capping the fps do the trick to have low latency ?
Bro just made mine damn near the same lol
Ryzen 5 5600x
RX 6700 XT Powercolor Hellhound
B550m Aorus Elite (v1.3)
Gskill Ripjaws 16GB kit 3200
Gskill MB850G Power supply
1TB ssd and HDD for mass storage also 2 of them artic fans
using a old 2006 dell dimension b110 case i had lying around (was my first family pc i used as a kid) till i get a nice case haha
It was $904 after tax at my micro center, so like a $850 build lol
That’s sick! Love to see it
Is there much difference between the ryzen 5 5600 and the ryzen 5 5600x? There sold out of 5600x where I am but the 5600 is available
Not much difference at all and epically when it comes to gaming the 5600 boost to 4.4 and the 5600x goes to 4.6 so when it comes to in game that’s roughly 5 fps
to all the folks who buy pc parts in United States. Do you pay taxes on your PC parts. Here in Canada, when we buy a PC part there is a 15% tax split between federal tax and provincial tax. So a 1000$ build cost 1150$. So when you say this is a 850$ build. Does that mean the taxes are included or you don't have any tax to pay ??
In this build I did taxes included but it’s not that high
@@RyderTech Yes life is expensive up here. thank you
Welcome and yea I would like to mention this build was right before inflation went crazy as well so it might be more challenging to do this…now every week I still watch for pc part deals. But that still might be different from country to country
Built my setup I was trying to find a reason for the one percent lows with the 6700xt cause that was apart of it
Is the Ryzen 5 5600X a go to for the 6700xt or could I put ryzen 7 5700G?
Definitely 5600x
I built this using some eBay parts, cost me $740 with a 1tb ssd
I like how you don't waste time.
Thank you much appreciated!
Great video. Can a 6700 xt run in a b450?
B450 motherboard yes it can
@@RyderTech . Ok ty. I was hoping so
Welcome good luck with your build!!
@@RyderTech . Thanks
No problem
I have 650w power supply can i usd rx6700xt ???
How many years do you think the 6700xt will last for if you are running 1440p high/ultra or even medium/high for 60+fps on newer titles?
As long as you keep the temperatures safe it should last forever
@@RyderTech Haha I know that, but I mean like when do you think it wont be able to keep up with 60+fps with those settings I mentioned.
5 years probably but may depend on titles too like let’s say if gta 6 comes out a big open world game like that it may struggle 1440p at max settings but it wouldn’t be terrible and my big hope is for developers to have better optimization in the years to come as well
@@RyderTech When you say struggle what type of FPS do you think at max? Honestly even if it was lowered down to high/medium do you think it will still hold up 60+ FPS? & Maybe FSR will be better by than hopefully so that might make it last as well.
@@OhhAspireHD he doesn't know, a lot can change in 5 years though, so he's probably right
im running the same setup
do i need to update my bios with ryzen 5 5600 and MSI B550-A PRO?
When was the purchase of the motherboard? If it’s recently purchased they are usually up to date in the description it’ll say which bios version it’s on and then you can go to msi’s website and see what bios version is out and see if they match…also that b550 a pro is nice because it has a bios flash back button on the side of the motherboard so it makes it really easy to update the board with a flash drive
I built mine for 600❤
Let’s goooooo!
Mine is water cooled rx 6700xt 5800x3d rgb for only $750
Epic!! How did you score those deals
@@RyderTech used asrock rx 6700xt for $280, cpu I got 5600g but they shipped wrong one so I got it for $150 motherboard, power supply and case all for $150 and new motherboard $200 -80 for the old one $50 for water cooler
What a score awesome build
In europe these same specs cost 1200 or even more. Yes tax is included but damn still way more expensive.
Dang that’s rough
Can you a b550 gaming 3 gen motherboard with that cpu and gpu??
What motherboard should I use I need one with WiFi?
For some reason my build is slow. Especially for call of duty. Very laggy and drops frames
Unfortunately this is a long winded question/answers. For quick response look over temps, see if SAM is enabled, see if your ram is running at correct speed, what your cpu clocks at during gaming also gpu at 100% or 99% while gaming how many background apps are running during gaming, up to date on all drivers and bios just a lot to look over but I would start there I hope this helps
Do you recommend I change my motherboard because I have a asus b450 and a 500mah power supply
I still have a 60hz monitor is that also a reason
Your motherboard is fine but the power supply could need upgraded and the 60hz monitor just holding your build back since you’ll only see 60fps no matter what
Thanks for the swift response
I going with this build is there any bottlenecking?
Not at all
Can I use Corsair CV650 For this build ??????????
can i still use my 600watts psu for this build?
Q? is 650 psu is good for RX 6700 XT?
Yes, it is because its consumer's maximum is around 150 watts.
is not 650 watt PSU enough ?
650w would be fine
I know this is a budget set up, but isn’t your GPU getting bottlenecked ?
CPU 8 pin connector...

Can this pc work with a 650w sunflower
Do u mean super flower 650w? I have the exact same psu for the 5700x+6700xt additional 9 case fan. Works great
i wouldnt use that power supply, it's a tier E bomb.
What if I use the stock cpu case
Do you mean stock cpu cooler? If so the wrath cooler is completely fine.
@@RyderTech the stock amd cooler yes
Yea I’ve ran one for a long time before and they work good
