I have the same sprayer. 390 pc. Having the same problem. We jumped the pressure control and its good. How did you come to the conclusion it was the board? Motor we took apart and it looks good. I am assuming its the board but any way to determine its the motor vs the board? Thank you
@@michaelcypser9748 disconnect the motor from the board. Turn the machine on and turn the pressure up. If the fuse does not blow, but it blows the fuse when the motor is plugged in,it is the motor.
I have an old graco nova 390 it goes over pressurized, I have replaced pressure control knob with an aftermarket new piece and still the same. Aftermarket new piece not good, could be control board? thanks in advance!
Query.I have got Airless paint sprayer similar to Greco 290. It will not start. The motor runs intermittently and then stop as if it has finished priming. This is new. Any solution.
I had someone to work on my PC 390 and he told me the motor was bad but it wasn't bad when I took it to him. How can I know whether the motor is bad or the board is bad?
@@ronniemack8973is the fuse blowing? disconnect the motor connection from the board. Take a paper clip and use it as a jumper on the motor connection. It should be easier. If this is the case, the motor may be good. Pull the brushes and look at them. I have a video on that.
I have a 390 that seems to build pressure but wont stop running. Builds pressure but starts to run slow and wont stop. New pump from amazon and pressure switch. Any suggestions? Thanks
@@Brian_the_repair_guy Hey Brian. No pressure gauge on the machine and nothing coming out of prime tube. The pressure build up really hard and the motor starts to runs slow.
Hi, I have a graco Mx2 695 and it won't turn on, I didn't opened yet to check what can be the problem, I just can hear a little "click" when turn on the button but it doesn't run, Do you know if this uses a fuse or not? or is the card the problem? Ill appreciateyour help, and congrats for you great video.
Remove the cover to the control board. Turn the pressure all the way up and turn the power on. You will see a red LED light turn on. If the light begins to flash, count how many flashes before it repeats. Let me know what you have.
I got a call on Sunday morning about an airlessco line stripper. I told them to leave it in thinner with oil over the winter but no it’s too much work so I told them how to get it going because I have a life too

I don’t really expect an answer, but it would be cool if somebody help me with this 390. -The fuse is good, shows continuity on my multimeter. -The switch is good, also tested with my multimeter. -I can rotate the fan on the motor and the pump rotate smoothly, indicating nothing is seized. -60 V at both sides of the capacitor Still doesn’t even attempt to turn on when I flip the switch. No noise, no click, nothing. Time to replace the board? -No visible damage to the circuit board. (Burns, etc)
390 sprayers can handle any job. They just little monsters at work!

my 390 graco just started burning the fuse you think I should replace the control board
Thanks, nice and quick! What would you clean a dusty circuit board with, electrical contact cleaner spray?
There are several sprays on the market that will do the trick

Si compro la maquina nueva y todavia tiene garantia es mejor que la lleve para el shop , si no la compro nueva lo mejor seria cambiarle el motor.
