I am not even mad at your comment you are right! It is easy! Pull the clutch, all you have to do is to lubricate the shaft where the clutch is mounted to. I used waterless grease, the same one you use for motorcycle axles. The book of my son’s mini bike also said that you can prevent this by adding a few drops of oil near the bolt and washer holding down the clutch. The oil will keep the shaft from drying and allowing for the clutch to work properly. Hope this helps!!
Hey Jayden, that is the OEM clutch that came with the bike. Being very honest I don't know the size of it. I ended up selling the bike so I don't have it to check and give you info on it. Sorry.
I'm glad ypu were able to remove it. Did you add any waterless grease? Is not so much the shaft getting dirty, is more the shaft having not lubrication provoking the clutxh to engage even at idle.
Hey man sorry, I imagined you already fixed it, but if not this is what I have experienced. If you don't lubricate the shaft where the clutch is mounted on the heat is going to weld the clutch to the shaft. You are going to need to hit the clutch around the area of the shaft with a piece of metal to break it loose. Be careful not to damage the shaft, eventually it will come off. once off make sure you clean the area where the clutch was stuck with a fine sand paper so it's smooth again.
@TacoTv707 hahahahaha sorry! Hey I had a supermoto, I still have my FZ and my dirtbike and I still find myself having too much fun with my son’s minibike. So much that I am considering to build one for myself. You are never too old for a minibike.
Just bought one today fro $250 excited to work on it! Thanks
Love the puertorican map tattoo you got in ur right arm , saludos de Yauco PR ✌️

Like this guys videos just for the voice
what is the bolt size for clutch
Is it normal to grab the clutch and have it wiggle around as if the bearing is bad?
They have some play
been thinking about buying one of these to cruise around the neighborhood with ahha
Let me tell you they are a lot of fun. 🙂
bro showed everything but how to do the hardest part SMFH. How do you get the clutch to stop spinning? You put some tool in it and it worked? How

That's how mine started. Moved slowly and then it stalls. Have you tried this? Have a good day
@@ToModorNottoMod I can't try this because they made the bike where the clutch can't come off
@@sayblaze hmmmm is it the same model as mine?
