Reminds me a lot of A Short Hike which is my favorite indie game and one of my favorite games ever. I will have to play this at some point.
I got to play this early and I can say it plays 1080p 60fps and it’s like Zelda and A Short Hike had baby. This game has a lot of cool/funny quest and the world is filled with characters with great personalities and humor. A must have on Switch.
I also had this recommended by an acquaintance when I mentioned A Short Hike! It does indeed seem to have a similar vibe. But is it more oriented toward children, or less? I can't tell. :-}
@@Ringcaat Since writing my comment, I myself have played the game, and I can say that it isn’t really completely “kid-oriented.” It would be a good game for a kid, but there’s plenty of fun there for anyone of any age. It’s very laid back and charming.

I got to play the game early on switch and I just wanted to say this is a must have. It runs at 1080 60fps and is smooth, music is fantastic and the characters are charming with humor and plenty of quest to do. If you love Zelda games and A short hike you’ll love this.

Started playing the second it came out and I cannot stop! It's every bit as charming as I was hoping. I highly recommend this one for those adventurous hearts!

As a person who at times dislikes the intensity and stress of games where there is a threat I am loving these games that choose to think a little differently but keep the fun.
As a Ultra Nightmare Doom Player i LOVE intense games,but sometimes a just need a game like this

It's the best sandbox experience I've had, there's so much charm and love in the game. Please if you make any type of content around the internet please spread the word about this game. No spoilers but I've had good laughs with the tools I can get

The premise of just exploring an island without anything threatening to worry about kinda reminds me of a game I played growing up, LEGO Island Xtreme. Which I'm sure is a comparison no one else is going to make.
This game reminds me of being a little kid, my imagination made the most mundane days incredibly fun.
One of the cutest games I have ever played.
10/10 for the tightrope-walking animation alone.
I remember this on Steam in early access. Don't pass this one up y'all, its a nice, cozy game.
I got early access to it on Switch and can confirm it plays at 1080 60fps and it amazing. A great cozy game for a Zelda fan who likes good humor.

It's like they took Zelda, especially Wind Waker-like with It's choice of cel-shaded art style, but just focused on the light hearted exploration and side quest... and making the main character a Gatorboi!? I can enjoy this!

This is actually A Short Hike but has way more things to do. When I played A Short Hike, I reached the top and did all the quests and then, no more.
This is a wonderful game, I watched a streamer play it and I enjoyed it so much, its a fun childish adventure game around the playground in the eye of a child.
At 30 years old, this made me remember the stuff me and my little brother did, our little "dungon" stuff where used paper money and cardboard coins to pay for weapons. I was always the shop keeper because I made up all the weapons and took input from my brother.
I miss those early 2000's days. Buds is now a province away from me.
