The music really sounds like it belongs in Pokemon's game soundtrack imo, which is a big compliment ♥️
I know right! That was my first thought too, sounds from a Pokemon game of earlier generations (like Sinnoh or Unova)

Totally agree. There’s something about the instruments I’m not sure what it is. But it has the same “sleepy town exploration” feeling

Been playing it on Switch and it's devastatingly cute. Even the (light) combat is somehow relaxing. Everything is very adorable and the characters are charming. I'm still figuring it out but it's well worth the $20 so far. If you're on the fence, you should definitely try it!

I went into this game expecting Stardew Valley or something. This game is best compared to Zelda: Link's Awakening more than anything. Absolutely loved it!

Ugh most of the Switch games need to be more zoomed in or at least give control over the zoom.
I have a Switch Lite and the eyestrain gets pretty bad. Sometimes I pirate rereleases just because my tablet emulator is easier on the eyes.
