Even at a starting level, the lighting shown for that level looks like it can be so helpful. Good lighting looks good.
Bro that ending killed me😂
Ok you had me cracking up at the end. Well played sir.
Got any footage of each one lighting a shot?
Also, the better quality fixtures have a better CRI rating. CRI is the measurement of color accuracy in lighting. Specifically in the warmer colors like Red and Orange so you don’t look like a spray tan gone wrong 😂.
even small budget lights have usually a pretty high CRI
@@overdev1993 right. I was mainly referring to super cheap fixtures like the $15 ring lights you can get at Walmart. I had o couple of those and they were awful for skin tones.
Lume Cube Studio set is solid for $350 has remote and two stands that go above my 6’ 2” head. The elgato for $200 look really nice especially if you’re going to get the stream deck and can control it from there
Its a lot. A lot alot. I bought the Apurture Nova and it was amazing for my workflow.
Acting like you're professional 1:1
What camera are you doing these videos?
Bro led panle is double the cost of my camera
And my glasses still reflect on both 😢
Neewer has a softbox now 😅
I'm actually curious. Why are they making these lights way to bright? Like I have 2 key light air and I barely go above 10% and my whole room is lit AF!
maybe when you film in high frame rate + a closed apeture like 10f which is just silly :D
Because they're meant to be used on professional movie sets where the light is 50'-100' from the talent it's shining on and the inverse square law takes so much out of the output.
Me using metal dome lights covered with sheet paper:
I made my own for 15 bucks and they are actually fucking amazing. The lighting is accurate, bright and adjustable and they diffused amazingly. Took me an hour to build them.
No
I just pull up a video on UA-cam that has a solid color that looks good for lighting up my face enough to be seen. Yet I don’t ever use my camera 😂
I saw that light from here 😎
How much does your nail polish cost?
Someone painted your fingernails.
Yeah, I don't know what's up with that.
Yeah let me just buy a $200 light to face it at my wall.
Just kidding btw, I know how it works
The ending😂😂😂
This is really helpful thanks!
When I want lighting in my room and it's dark outside I just use a good quality lamp that costs like 50$ and that all you need
