John, you are a Red Sox fan and you would appreciate this campground. When I found out early this year that the owner passed away, I thought of you and Mercedes right away. I recommend southern Utah. Some reasons why: 1. There's a ton of open space everywhere, so with such a great supply of options you could be more selective about choosing a location that feels exactly right. 2. Since there is so much open space, there's a good chance the purchase price may be lower than in more congested parts of the country. 3. You could be right in the middle of the "Mighty Five" national parks: Zion, Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef, Canyonlands, and Arches. This would be an incredible draw for you as people who come to visit those parks would also have you close by so they would be more inclined to come visit and check you out, and the full time residents of the campground would have close, convenient access to all those parks, which would make it even more of a draw for people to want to live there. 4. I live in California and even though I would love to see it here, as you replied in another comment it would be very difficult. The political and religious environment in Utah would be much more compatible with your mission.
AZ NV FL. It needs to be year-round weather for full-timers. If you do Florida I have a nice little 4-spot, 1-acre place that we can turn into a franchise-like annex, sort of like a Neighborhood Walmart
Congrats on being a well-oiled machine. You guys have definitely found your niche. I agree with other commenters that Arizona is beautiful and it is also RV friendly as far as mild weather in the northern parts. There is some beautiful land in Camp Verde with water and Prescott, Payson and of course Sedona are really pretty. Flagstaff is really beautiful but does get a bit of snow. It would be closer to Colorado for your family getaways and a lot closer for us folks on the west coast. We have heard that anything over the Coconino Aquifer if a great place to dig a well too. In any case we will be keeping you in our prayers and God will lead you through every step. We love you guys. ♥
The central and souuthern parts of Missouri are absolutely gorgeous and we are a big secret. I moved here from Mass. 10 years ago (35 of those years were on Cape Cod) and love it. Wonderful Christian values, beautiful scenery, rivers, Lake of the Ozarks, Mark Twain National Forest, just to name a few places... winters are generally mild... last two weeks of January and first two of February are usually the worst of it and even that is bearable compared to New England.
Here I am, late again! Don’t know if you “go back” to previous videos, but here goes…I think it’s a FABULOUS idea to get another RV park, like I said before! I still like the idea of a “western” site, such as the mountain areas of Arizona. California is just too expensive to build, and the taxes and insurance would be outrageous. There is the lovely Sedona area (expensive, yes, but I’m sure less than CA) with the gorgeous Red Rocks, maybe Williams which is the gateway to the Grand Canyon. Flagstaff is absolutely gorgeous, with I’m sure, lots of available land. It’s warm in the summer(not really “hot”) at 6000+ ft elevation, and does get some snow in the winter. Tim and I would be there several times a year, I’m sure…just an 8 hr drive from south Orange County, CA! NOW JOHN!!!…wherever you find your “spot”, I absolutely forbid you to work sooooo hard that you nearly kill yourself. Mercedes,Sage and the rest of us would like to have you around for a while yet! Keep me/us abreast of your decision(s)! Much Love to you guys, Virginia ❤️😻🙏🇺🇸🌲🌵🏕️🏔️

The community could use multiple locations to flow with the weather through the seasons. Multiple locations so the RV lifestyle can continue with a variety of. Choices throughout the country you can do it with a lot of help and cooperation from us big and small land owners that want to do something that and have a lot to offer already. I have such a place in South Texas 1 mile from the boat launch and walking distance to the intercoastal canal. Very large trees, a garden every year, very large greenhouse and workshops with nanny, Tools and Equipment I’m in!
How about Idaho, if you can stand being that far West? Then there's NM, the Land of Enchantment & more temperate weather than AZ. If you want your next campground closer to home, aren't there some beautiful places available in Arkansas?

You responded to a suggestion, that California is a difficult place for memberships. Then please advise which states are not difficult for memberships. Sure everyone can suggest a location. It would be better if we have some foundation points which you deem necessary. Do you want to "take over an existing property"? Start from scratch? Need land that has no restrictions? Weather preference? Do you need well, stream, lake, city water? Sewer or septic or leach field? Wooded or desert or swamp? YOU have the experience. Suggest parameters, must have items to consider a location.
That's my home state and it does have great areas away from Pgh and Philly. Might be a challenge in the winters if they want to have the same model, 12 months long.

I would love to suggest North Idaho....it is absolutely gorgeous. Many breath taking places. However, there are 2 main problems: land is so expensive here it is unreal, and winters are long and cold. It would be closer to Colorado for your family getaways and a lot closer for us folks on the west coast. We have heard that anything over the Coconino Aquifer if a great place to dig a well too. In any case we will be keeping you in our prayers and God will lead you through every step. We love you guys. ♥
❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏
The central and souuthern parts of Missouri are absolutely gorgeous and we are a big secret. I moved here from Mass. 10 years ago (35 of those years were on Cape Cod) and love it. Wonderful Christian values, beautiful scenery, rivers, Lake of the Ozarks, Mark Twain National Forest, just to name a few places... winters are generally mild... last two weeks of January and first two of February are usually the worst of it and even that is bearable compared to New England.
We love the Ozarks & Mark Teain forests
Somewhere in North-West Arkansas.. love your vision and have been watching from the beginning.. keep up the great work and your beliefs are so on point!
Hope we can meet y’all one day
@@RVOddCouple The wife and I need to get out there.. It would be great to meet one day
Maryland. Western Maryland. Little Brown Lake. Yes, I've looked at this place.
Hill country Texas is centrally located and affordable. . . Very red
I second this, as long as it's not too close to Austin.
@@JackieAlnor very dry, hot hot summers but it is a dry heat but plans are being pushed to bring major highway access from the large central cities into the hill country. I think it is not going to long be secure.
@@gkseeton look at Marble Falls. I don't think the 290 will go there
Love Hill Country
AZ!
Northwestern next to Lake Mead.
Boating & Fishing.
Grand Canyon Sky Walk.
SxS trails.
We live here and would love being involved!
Let us know if you have any questions.
GOD, FAMILY AND COUNTRY!!!
CA needs you!
One of our favorite states but very difficult
CA! We need more God, country & family!!🙏☀️🌄❄️🏂🏖️
West Virginia GODS country!!Best wishes!
Love WV
The community could use multiple locations to flow with the weather through the seasons. Multiple locations so the RV lifestyle can continue with a variety of. Choices throughout the country you can do it with a lot of help and cooperation from us big and small land owners that want to do something that and have a lot to offer already. I have such a place in South Texas 1 mile from the boat launch and walking distance to the intercoastal canal. Very large trees, a garden every year, very large greenhouse and workshops with nanny, Tools and Equipment I’m in!
Shoot us an email
Thanks you two
Thank you
Happy to hear guys. All in God’s time. Gratitude is the best attitude.
Thine will not mine be done🙏
How about Idaho, if you can stand being that far West? Then there's NM, the Land of Enchantment & more temperate weather than AZ.
If you want your next campground closer to home, aren't there some beautiful places available in Arkansas?
Looking and praying for discernment
Good stuff! Congrats on what you have accomplished leaning on faith to carry you to this great outcome! I have always been a supporter in what you both are doing!
I appreciate that!
NORTHERN COLORADO ROCKIES! You know it'll be a winner!
Mercedes home state
I’d vote for that, but it’s surrounded by the blue people and land is uber expensive IF you can find any.
@@mountaingoddess9720 I have land here and yes it is expensive. And because I'm surrounded by 'blue' I can find a decent renter for the full service RV site that I built. I tried and tried but gave up. Freeloaders, users and losers, UG!
Florida, Florida, Florida!!!
😀
When ever you folks give God the glory and his preeminence you will succeed. Glory to God. Luv you folks❤😇
Amen 🙏
Tennessee or Florida.
I would consider PA. It has a lot of rural areas and it’s a swing state. You could really make a difference filling it with like minded citizens.
That's my home state and it does have great areas away from Pgh and Philly. Might be a challenge in the winters if they want to have the same model, 12 months long.
Ozarks !
When asking God, I often use a fleece. Agree with God on a fleece and He will show you His will. There is a danger however, once God reveals His will, I would strongly recommend you obey it.
Yes
WY and OK. I will be ready to caravan next year!
Prices are right
I have a state that you may not think of right away. SD. They are very like minded people there. I'm sure you could find lots of land as well. I don't know how many RV camp grounds are there.
We like SD
I think Ben from the Suspicious Observers Channel mentioned that Show Low Arizona was a safe zone !!! It is a swing state though, so I don't know how it will be in the future!!! I hope it will be like Texas and Florida though!!!
We like TX & FL
AZ-Jersey Joe here. After a rough start since leaving you guys, I’m in Louisiana now and heading west to Arizona but I need some beach time first. God Bless all of you.
We’re already missing you Joe
Oh my goodness you sound like my husband he keeps buying property and we have a house to fix up remodel. I’m over it… I’m 70 years old. I want to just stay in one spot. I appreciate that my husband loves doing what he does he loves working where contractors loves buying and fixing up, I grew up with all my life with my grandparents and I just want to stick to one spot😂😂 you guys are amazing. I don’t think you’re crazy. We all do what we love.❤
Love y’all ❤️
Love you so much... FLORIDA!! Prob too expensive and hurricanes, etc. but I'm just being selfish :) Georgia is pretty cool too
Yes and Yes😀
Eastern KANSAS or SW Missouri, KS or MO
What about Arkansas? I'm a Kansas lifer but Arkansas has better temperatures and scenery
@@roberthughes2665 too hot and humid. I find the climate in MO nicer. Long spring and fall, shorter summer heat. Nice long growing seasons and not quite as steep but still rolling hills. Lots of streams too.
@gkseeton we go to Branson on a regular basis so we definitely understand.
We think you should as long as you have plenty of support. Don't get yourselves burned out. A place farther south would be nice but it seems like the farther south you go the more populated it gets. With God directing you we know you will make the right decision. We will be praying for God's leading.
God’s leading 🙏❤️🇺🇸
TX
Prayers with you
There is about 100 acres for sale in Vincent alabama
John and Mercedes don't have enough headaches. 😂 But if they pull it off it will be a blessing to more people. ❤😊
Yeah pretty much. “Life is finally manageable- let’s mess with it!” 😆
@@RVOddCoupleNOOOOO!
I would love to suggest North Idaho....it is absolutely gorgeous. Many breath taking places. However, there are 2 main problems: land is so expensive here it is unreal, and winters are long and cold. So, it would only be seasonal. Maybe if you guys open several campgrounds, someday you could consider one in North Idaho. My next suggestion would be either FL or TX. So glad you are doing this!
Thanks for the tips Cheri! All great suggestions
Central Florida
😀👍
We need something here out west. We’re in AZ, but somewhere in Utah, WY, or Montana would be great too! We’d love to be a part of it and hopefully it’s in God’s plan for us to do so!
If south is Bible belt, Tennessee is the Buckel.
😀
Good luck with your next new adventure. God really keeps us guessing...what's next. ❤❤❤
Yes! Thank you!
Good luck guys. thinking of yall.
Thank you for all the support Brother❤️🙏
We love you guys so much. Bill snd I had a wonderful time at your campground last week. We wish we were still there. Mercedes I love that kitchen so much in the camper. God Bless you both and everyone at Thunder Canyon. 🙏🏼❤️
We absolutely loved having y’all with us Terri.
Special place isn’t it? God bless and hope to see y’all again🙏❤️
We loved our week-long stay at Thunder Canyon! But it's too far away from us on the West Coast. So make a second one out our direction - we suggest AZ, NV or UT. All good red states with lots of space.
Western South Dakota. The Black Hills are awesome!
Haven’t visited yet
You guys have done a great thing...good luck...wish I could visit Thunder Canyon.
Maybe one day!
