It's beautiful myles thanks for the great video
Wow! Looks Like A Tiny Home😊I Could Live In This For Sure❤
I know that I could.
Wow!! This is sooooo nice!! And the price is right!
Being that it is destination, family could go in on it together in a location that everyone likes, and cut the cost even more! So I am assuming at that price point, it isnt built for colder weather? Or is there another surprise! :) :) :)
You could park one in your backyard and use it as a guest house as well as a travel trailer. Amazing price, too.
i wouldnt use this as a travel trailer, but a guest house isnt a bad idea at all
Thank you Miles for your videos. We bought 2025 jayco Northpoint 382flrb. Found one in des moines blue compass because I watched one your videos. Got their link from you we love it. It's quite upgrade from our 2021 Northpoint with rear living. Keep up great work.

Love it…We have a 2022 Grand Lodge 42FLDL and just love it … ours is set permanently on a site at a waterfront campground and these large destination trailers definitely give you the condo feel 😊
❤ grand lodge
This option and price points hits the mark for me but as an individual, this unit would be absurd.
I'm interested in a smaller unit like a Coleman lantern 17.
Currently in a van but not a tall van!
I need to have standing and walking ability.
😅
Maybe if I meet a special person I can get a big old trailer like that!
45.5 ft wow!
Well, it's a Forest River. Don't be surprised at price until you experience quality
Does it offer black tank and grey tank with fresh water tank? Electricity through solar panels or it has to be plugged in all time? Thank you
How dare you ask serious questions?
@@ruxrox Because I can
@@ruxrox And because Trump lost debates
@@desperate8633Desperate!
You sure got that right if you are pinning your hopes on a clueless candidate like Harris.
By the way, You only think she won the debate because you are a mainstream media sheep who hasn't learned to think for yourself.
How's that inflation going for ya ? $$$
I can see how they cut corners to have this meet a price point. The windows are inexpensive, the ceiling wrap material is not $$, etc most of the materials are what we would call 'builder grade". That is not to say that this will not appeal to a lot of people because of its price, but this is 2024, you are not getting SOMETHING for NOTHING. Buy this knowing exactly what it is. It is not built to last, and it is not built to be luxury, its built to give you basics for a cheap price.
You can also see at @4:44 the shoddy seal around the top of that shower seat. It all looks pretty, but I would definitely park it under a pole barn, as I would any rv that I was going to live in and not move around.
This is beautiful the price is amazing! It gives me hope for the future!
Myles yes! We are full time campers and this opens up the world to us! 🎉🧡🌻
I was there at the Hershey show Wednesday and went inside this exact model and yes it is fantastic and the price is amazing. Very spacious and the bathroom was awesome.
I can’t believe the floor space of this RV at this price point. If this is a four season living RV it is bigger and cheaper than Park model RV’s. Especially if all appliances are included in that price.❤
All I can say is WOW. This is very nice!
wow! that is nice! thanks for showing this.
Wow, for a nice camper like this that is an awesome price!!😊
Because you’re going to put 60k into it for repairs.
Absolutely a great price. Plenty of space and being there is only 2 of us we would use at least part the loft as storage. Awesome Thank You.
Thanks for taking us on the tour of this cool concept trailer.
This things going to be in the shop for weeks.
I can’t believe this is only $60,000.00. It’s very nice & I could live comfortably with my boyfriend and 3 fur babies.
Especially with the house prices these days. Just buy a plot of land and live on it.
@@BarnzTTI’m in Florida and lot rent is average 300-500 including sewage and water/electric then once you pay off the trailer buy some land
@@BarnzTTthe one I’m thinking about will even pick up your rv if it’s somewhat local of course and drop it on a lot if you don’t have a truck
@@BillyBob-im7og What brand and model is that?
@@BarnzTT it’s depends on your local rv park I’m not gonna say the exact place cause it’s right by home but a lot of parks will either deliver your rv or allow it to be delivered to their lot sometimes for a fee if you don’t have a truck because most of them just stay put once on a lot
Beautiful RV for a great price! Thanks for sharing it with us:)
The price is good cheaper then buying a house. What like to see the pantry being a pulled out shelves.
Really nice! The expense comes in when you’re trying to dock it for living.
It's basically a copy of the grand view lodge villa but at a much lower price. It's great.
Can you do a review on the modern buggy 12lrk and modern buggy BB14? I know the 12lrk is at the show not sure about the BB14
That is a gorgeous camper.
Used as a hunting or fishing camp parked on a slab and under a carport style roof would be great
The special $60k pricing is 🎉. It would be nice if master bed was king size. This would be perfect for a vacation home on piece of property. If roof is rubber it would need a roof over it to protect and preserve long term, but all very affordable for what you get.
I love this destination trailer!
Bought a 40 ft solitude for the same price, I will take the solitude any day over this unit
Nice price point, curious to know what materials they used in the build and the R-value, is it 4-season? Wish you would have walked all the way around to see the slides. Thanks, keeps ideas flowing.
Out of all your rv this one is the best. Do you have a store un the Denver area ?
that’s a crazy deal. that’s actually reasonable . finally the prices are coming back to reality
From what I understand, no one is buying and they can't get rid of them. Same with cars/trucks.
The price is a reflection on the 'quality' of Forest River trailers. I know firsthand how bad they are, pulled a 2013 39 footer around and used it sparingly (several times a year) and it was falling apart from very shoddy materials and construction. Don't be fooled by the price.
I think it's funny they throw a piece of formica on end of an island and they call it a waterfall.
Great fiming with the other people. Awesome
Nice and roomy. I only wish the bathroom was closer to the main bedroom, or better yet have a toilet next to it. With 6-7 people and only 1 bathroom it would be quite difficult.
How does the regular bathroom works? is this supposed to be connected to a sewer and water service?
I like it BUT, I don't like all the windows. I do but here in Texas those windows become heaters. If our little house at the coast is ever destroyed by a hurricane, we will be shopping for a luxery rv or a really nice destination trailer because taxes are astronomical right now.
Put on awnings. Tint the windows.
The RV market has taken a huge hit. Hence the cheaper prices.
How conveninet you can sit on the toilet when the bear peeks in your bathroom window. 😂
I absolutely love it just love it!
The price on the trailer specifically states "Show Price" $58,995, then it shows $71,176.
What the show price on the Grand design imagine AiM 16ML
Great price
What a great price!
I know that the destination trailers are only meant for one or two trips, but let's get real here, these are the ones that people want to full-time in. Like you said, it's a home away from home. I really hope the manufacturers hear us ( or at least me) when I say, WE WANT THIS TO GO WITH US EVERYWHERE!
I'm looking for something that looks like a house that I can take with me to different states for a month or two at a time to film content in the areas, then move on. The main reason I'm considering an RV instead of hotel/airbnb/plane travel is because I have (sadly a few) mental health issues that really mess with me when it comes to the fast paced travel and constantly changing environments. I also sometimes need to host travelers and this would be SO much nicer than having to share a hotel room or either pay them their travel fee. Something like a destination trailer with the ability to be moved several times a year would be PERFECT for someone like me that would like to spend time on the road filming with another creator and also have the option to go home and park with the family for however long when I don't need to travel. Not to mention I can write this off as a business purchase and have something to OWN in the end rather than give the hotels/airbnbs/plane companies money that I will never see again.
I also have kids. Not only will something like that be great for a traveling worker, this is perfect for keeping a family happy. Lots of space and it doesn't give the RV vibe. It helps them feel like they're in a real house instead of a tow behind luxury tin can.
If ya'll make these to where they can be moved more than once, you'll have my money as that is the ONLY thing that is stopping me from buying an RV/Destination Trailer. I want a destination trailer for the comfort and amenities but keep getting told I'll have to settle for an RV. Don't tell your customers they need to settle, tell them you have an option for them to spend their money on. 😉
I'm holding off on spending my money until I see one that really makes me go, "that's the one that checks ALL the boxes! Here's my money". Hoping that in 2026 we will see "full-time" destination trailers. Perhaps call them the true mobile home. 🤣🤣😂😂
Are destination trailers not durable enough for traveling with? I'm considering getting a job that I'd need to possible move every 3 months and these destination trailers look so incredible. But I'm concerned about purchasing one
@@c.a.3342they are definitely not meant to travel with. They’re made to move once or twice to more permanent locations. We were talking to a sales rep and she told us the road is so hard on these things, even the ones meant for lots of on the rd travel just eventually kinda start falling apart.
This is just too good to be true, caution there has to be a catch. I noticed some issues.
one wind storm and it's toast.
The only drawback I can see with this home is the insulation. Appears to be pretty paper thin which is probably where the price point comes into effect.
I wonder if the bar stools go crashing through the full size window during travel.
Maybe im not far enough in the vid... but whats the difference between this one and the 44 view?
This is a copy of the 42VIEW at about $10k less money.
Wow! I currently live in 750sqft smaller home. This RV, would work! The layout, the washer AND dryer, walk in shower. Kitchen island, the lofts! Great for guests and Grandkids!! Windows are AWESOME. Patio door! This place would have a "Snow Load" compatible roof-carport type structure, with a covered deck accessible from the patio doors. Maybe even an outdoor kitchen, with wood burning fireplace. I could easily live out my retirement years in this!😉😊 thanks for the video Myles! You do awesome work. Hope the sales rep, gave you a portion of het commission!😉😊👍👍
That one is really nice, i'd like to know it's mechanical features as well.
I love it!! I want one
Wow😮!!!!❤
Awesome price! I love it, except step in bathroom not a fan.
Love the rv and especially the price but who wants the bathroom all the way across the space from the bedroom
My thought exactly. Plus you have to step down into the bathroom. Not optimal for nighttime forays while half asleep.
Cosmetics only or did they skimp on build quality
If the frame is the same as others. Then you should be able to tow it all over.
i'm very interested, I biggest problem is not great credit, with the cost of living this would be my primary home. would trips and info on this and how person with bad credit could possibly be financed
That would be good for a tiny house. I mean for real.
Are there any wheelchair accessible destination RV’s?
why do I watch these I'm old and live in England and would never be able to afford this but its stunning ffs
Are these insulated? Or insulated/ winter package upgradable?
I will take one.
And still has the scrap ac units. Good luck cooling and heating it.
For $60,000, I thing everyone can have a home for this.
My only thing is I didn’t see a washer dryer set up.
Its in a bathroom closet, stacked.
MSRP is $71k+! No way. The bathroom was the best part, but it was short-lived when I saw the toilet wasn't remotely close to the wall! How many drunks do you think are going to be snapping the tank off the crapper? I'm betting many! The fireplace is the master is a joke, right? I mean, honestly. If one of these companies would actually produce a product that was WORTH the insane asking price, i might consider owning one...button far all i see if a lot of "fluff" and not a lot of substance.
Looks like the price goes up to $71k after the floor show special looking at the price sticker.
Nobody pays MSRP in this industry. Price could go up but doubt that much maybe a grand or two.
It's a Long Way to the bathroom when you have to get up and go three times a night!😅
@@WKay-lr5tw I would imagine your toilet in any home/apartment is about the same distance from your bed. It’s about 8-10 steps
Of course you would need a decent pickup truck. That's about the size of a semi-trailer.
Value is definitely there. What a great price. Great floor plan and lots of goodies.
If you know Forest River and you use the word 'value' in any positive way in a sentence with 'Forest River', then you are seriously delusional. No disrespect intended.
Is there a place for tv in bedroom?
Very nice 👍
This only for the rich, you have to have somewhere to put it, you have to own land somewhere..
You can put this on a lot at an RV park or Mobile home park, and use this as a primary home. Which would be a lot more affordable compared to owning a traditional home.
Crazy. We just spent $50,000 for a USED SUV! It’s nice but you can’t LIVE in it.
No way,
I can still buy a 3 bedroom one 1 bath home for that price and under. And it won't rust, dent, or get tossed around in high wind.
Looks great too good to be true but be warned they don't make them like they used too tho in the good old days
I bought something similar to this in 2022 a keystone retreat and am paying 88K for it. JUMP on this deal people
Wow …. Such a beautiful bathroom. I am loving this trailer. How is this only $60,000.00?
Can't find this for sale? Where is it for sale? Thanks.
This is the world debut of this product so dealerships don’t have it in stock yet. You can order one by contacting one of our 100+ locations with Blue Compass RV. Right now it’s only publically viewable at the Hershey RV show
Could this be used as a full-time home?
It could be it really depends on where you are at. Once it drops down below thirty two then you start having problems with Freezing water lines and once you start getting in the extreme heat seeing as this only has 2 ac and I imagine not insulated the best it would be a struggle in constant heat. Underbelly insulation and tank heaters, also forced air heat in the flooring are generally good for full timing.
No HVAC? Insulation? Warranty? details. We can all see the obvious.
Before covid was 45k
It should be about 45k
❤❤❤
My question is how is this more than $20k?
When you drive it off the lot it’s worth $30k
When did curtain become two words 😂
IT'S CHEAP BECAUSE it's cheap quality garbage. Will be in the dealer for repairs more than will be used for actual camping.
Wonder if these people writing comments have ever lived full-time in an RV before?
Because it's made with staples and cardboard material vs top quality materials.
@@yonihales9133 most of the similar models to this that cost more are made with the same materials.
@mylesrv way over priced to simply overpriced for the quality 60K is expensive for the quality.
Nice....I can buy two and still alot cheaper than a house.
And rent one out
a few years ago you could get them for 35,000 🤷
Way over priced 😕 my 2024 57 ft Royal travel was only 67k. I wish we could put pictures on here. Order your own from Elkhart like we did 🤓
Will have so many issues right off the bat
Looks nice but… it looks like there’s somebody already there signing up to buy it… Lol
You get what you paid for. Too much flexibility on the walls. Those windows will break when traveling. Good luck.
