Yeah mine wouldn't work plugged in directly so I had to put the SD card reader into a computer download to the card from the computer after I downloaded it online to get it to update to make it much easier

I have copied firmware to root folder in memory card and then connected to power but dash cam is not taking the firmware its automatically starting record
Can you please help
