Ghost ride the whip in Tier 100 Vaults or NM dungeons 7 minute run

Im trying out this new build arc lash tele stomp. Its pretty fast clearing, but could use some better DR overall. I plan to kaizen this build and see if i can make it unstoppable. Let me know what you think!
