Brother, there is no doubt that Neo 16 is much better than Tuf, and the thermals of Neo are also better, so if your budget for Neo then you should go with Neo 16 only.
And brother, how much do you expect from the laptop? 3-4 years is enough and anyway the battery life is maximum 1 year. so don't thing to much Neo 16 better then TUF and also your older Helio 300 too.
