10mm Silvertips were always reliable and controlable.
Way back when, the ST 185/.45 Auto load was the best option for the lightweight Officers ACP and Star PD guns.

Nice ammo vid! Since I'm a card carrying member of the 10mm cult for a while now my everyday ammo is the 180gr Sig v-crown JHP.

Yep I also carry the 180 vcrown in my xdm elite compact. Hard hitting load. The Sig 200 grain is terrible tho, not sure why they skipped on powder but it's under 500 ft lbs

I appreciate that you mention overpenetration, but this underperformer sneaks through on a frontal hit?
Montana? If you ran into that N40 10mm bargain, any plans to try Norma Safeguard, against the frost giant. My 10mm is for outdoors and to tag along on hunts with hard cast. Even if it's not a good hollow point, the Norma will be good for lots of range practice.
