I'm pretty sure Medic's coat tails are an important part of his silhouette. Important for class identification. I guess that doesn't matter if you think the classes' silhouettes are already too distorted by cosmetics, but I can't think of any cosmetic that has previously removed the Medic's coat tails
Bringing up class identification is a great point but I think it only speaks to how impactful the Uber-Wear is as a cosmetic. That by taking away the labcoat, it really makes Medic feel like a totally new character but your point makes the concession of the coattails feel more understandable. Good comment.
