People today could never understand how it was back in the day. We had albums, magazines, and concerts. That was it. We didn't have youtube. We didn't have the internet. We didn't have VCRs. We couldn't even take a camera into concerts. If you were lucky, a magazine might have a couple pictures, or you would catch your favorite band on The Midnight Special, or something. If you missed it, you missed it. There was nowhere you could go to see it again. There was no pausing, or rewinding. Musicians had mystery and mystic. They were larger than life. We would listen to albums over and over, while we read the back of the album cover, and the liner notes. We knew when all the albums came out and recognized the names of who produced, or mastered the albums. Going to a concert was a life changing event that you would always cherish. It was something you had to live through to appreciate. P.S. We all have a crush on Stevie Nicks.
My crush since she was Christine Perfect. Finally saw her a few years ago in Vancouver when she overcame her fear of flying. Still gorgeous, voice of an angel.

Highly recommend you check out “Rhiannon” and Stevie’s highly successful solo career including “Edge of Seventeen”, “Stand Back”, and “Stop Dragging my Heart Around”duet with Tom Petty. Request the studio version of "You Can Go Your Own Way" by Fleetwood Mac and then the live version of the song. It is very important that you do it in that order.
Studio version is the best for me - I hope Mollyboy does TUSK official video at some point, filmed at Dodger stadium with the USC marching band. I freakin LOVE THE DRUMS on that banger!
Stevie was a part of all the guys dreams. She has remained true to her free spirit and gypsy soul. Watching your reaction feels like when I was young , hearing it for my 1st time. Thank you for that. I love that you love this. ❤️
Amazing reaction I see alot of comments to do 'Silver Springs' this is a MUST but please DO NOT do it for a while, you need to build up to it with 'landslide', 'Go Your Own Way', 'Rhiannon' and many more. You will appreciate Silver Springs much more once you have experienced the band dynamics and the music more. Us Fleetwood Mac and MollyBoy TV fans look forward to it.
Great reaction. Love Stevie, she's my spirit animal 😁. If you really want to see her strut her stuff, check out their live performance of "Rhiannon" from the same period! Other must sees include their live performances of "Silver Spring" (the on-stage tension between Stevie and lead guitarist Lyndsay is palpable and wow!), "Landslide", and the official video for "Gyspy" (if you like Stevie, you'll love it). The whole rumours album deserves your attention: That said, so to does Stevie's solo work, and her live concert performance of "Edge of Seventeen" will knock your socks off😉. And let's not forget her duet with Tom Petty in "Stop Dragging my Heart Around". Keep the reactions coming! 💙
Every guy your age for 50 years has fallen for Stevie Nicks. I remember having this same conversation with my 22 year old roommate when I was 19 in 1980. their music is wonderful.
It's so lovely to see you enjoy Fleetwood Mac. They are supremely talented and Stevie Nicks is something else, but so is Christine McVie. Enjoy the rabbit hole!
Fifty years ago our family of seven lived in the bush of SE Alaska.... No neighbors, no roads in or out.... It was us and Fleetwood Mac( among others) blaring out from the speakers we hung outside on our floathous. It was the soundtrack of our lives.....wherever we went outside, through the forest, down the beach, etc. Fleetwood Mac were on repeat and accompanied us. Day and night they were with us. In our boat, they were with us. When we went to sleep they sung us to sleep. Like I has been said, you can't get to much of a good thing. Now when I remember those times, our adventures, when I look at the old photo albums, or we reminisce, there is music playing in my head and heart..... They will never know what they were to other's lives..... I was out on the deck one morning there were sun rays filtering down thru the fog, unearthly beauty.... Steve's, Beauty and the beast was playing, a beautifully graceful crane came sailing in thru the rays.... It danced in the air to the music. It really appeared to hear her music and dove and sailed in perfect harmony with that music. I was mesmerized! When the song ended, it sailed away. Do you think a scene like that could ever be forgotten!? And there were more moments to Fleetwood Mac..... Yeah, they were as close to us as anyone we ever knew tho we never met except thru music.... There is no music like theirs.....
Stevie just has this thing about her....guys fall in love with when they see and hear her sing...it just happens...so you're not the only one Mollyboy...been happening since 75' ....and this song is loved by so many people :)

Every man on earth had a crush on Stevie Nicks. She's gorgeous and had a mysterious kind of sorceress vibe. And her voice...pure heaven.
We all have a crush on Stevie Nicks bro…especially 70s Stevie Nicks!
That is the kind of song you want to listen to on a great summer day driving out in the country windows down
Yeah, Stevie Nick is fire. You should check out her solo song Edge of Seventeen. Another amazing song from Fleetwood Mac is Rhiannon
I don’t know if you’ve checked out her duet with Tom Petty but that’s definitely worth a listen.
…down the Stevia Nicks rabbit hole!! Congratulations, because it’s a good one!
Seen them in the 70s, Stevie looked like an angel on stage! ❤❤
Amazing reaction
I see alot of comments to do 'Silver Springs' this is a MUST but please DO NOT do it for a while, you need to build up to it with 'landslide', 'Go Your Own Way', 'Rhiannon' and many more. You will appreciate Silver Springs much more once you have experienced the band dynamics and the music more. Us Fleetwood Mac and MollyBoy TV fans look forward to it.
@@johngaffney2908 excellent advice!
Check out her songs "Landslide" and "Silver Springs," two of the best songs ever written IMO
It's so lovely to see you enjoy Fleetwood Mac. They are supremely talented and Stevie Nicks is something else, but so is Christine McVie. Enjoy the rabbit hole!
Be sure to listen to “Landslide” it’s so beautifully sung by Stevie, you will love it !🤓
And Silver Springs ❤❤
Yes. Rhiannon 1976 live. Great
Stevie just has this thing about her....guys fall in love with when they see and hear her sing...it just happens...so you're not the only one Mollyboy...been happening since 75' ....and this song is loved by so many people :)
Molly you have to watch Stevie singing Edge of Seventeen live
Stevie Nicks and Tom Petty “Stop draggin my heart around.” They were friends and sound great together. Great song.
A lot of young men have had a "soft spot" (so to speak) for Stevie over the years.
Yeah I cracked up laughing when Mollyboy said that 🤣 (was definitely a hard spot ☺️)
you want to check the backstories for these. you will love the music even more and fall even harder for Stevie. Icon and Legend.
YAY! Best album 💿 ever or close to it!!
I am living in your joy of discovering Stevie and Fleetwood Mac.
Live version of Silver Springs from 1997, you will loose your 💩 listening AND watching her eyes send daggers to Lindsey Buckingham ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Her voice is enchanting and haunting too. 😊 And, the lyrics are absolutely poetry.
If you want more Stevie, you MUST do Landslide. You'll thank me later!
