    The ideas are nice however the cabbage, cauliflower and oatmeal fufu are the best and keeps things in perspective with the low diet. Also the names helps tourists and guests understand the idea and enjoy their food.

    I have everything here except the Psyllium husk
    What else can i use in place of the Psyllium Husk
    Can I use blended oat powder

    I have a question about Plantain and cassava fufu. How can you preserve fufu when your not ready to eat yet would like to make it in advance?

      Fufu is best to make and eat fresh. However, you and prepare it and keep in the fridge for no longer that 2 days. When ready to eat just add a little bit of soup heat is up and then add more up and you are good to go. Hope this helps.

      Tapu Alofa after cooking it, wrap it in cling wrap and leave it outside to cool down. then put it in the fridge. when you are rent to eat heat in the microwave or boiling water.

    Stella im Thinking of trying Kale Fufu. Have you tried that.? Ive tried all many but not kale. Psyllium will bind anything

      I haven't tried but it sounds possible. Maybe with cabbage as well. Let me know how yours turns out!
