yes the soaking or fermentation process gives fufu its characteristic smell
During fermentation change the soaking water everyday to avoid smells.
so this can only be done for family sized consumption not on a large scale. right?
Can you use frozen yucca?
can you make these packets of fufu and keep them in the fridge? and if so how do you heat them up again?
