@@HAPPYWOK I really want to say thank you so much. I have been watching a lot of your videos and learned how they are made when I order Chinese food. I also learned the red pepper that comes in some dishes are chili pepper I never knew that. The other day I ordered from my local Chinese restaurant pepper stake and onion, but I asked them if it was possible to make it with the garlic sauce. To my surprise they said yes. Let me tell you it was absolutely delicious!!! If you were near me I'd go to your restaurant.
Thanks Chef looks delicious 😋
Thank you too and also thanks for watching.
Sounds good! I will make that tonight, but have to sub maitaki mushrooms and add bean sprouts was on sale at our Asian market.
I found a good Asian market finally but it's 20 mile drive.
That sound good Mr. Todd. 20 miles for good Asian market? Quite a drive, but worth if we find stuffs that we need. thanks for watching.
Mmmm...
Thanks.
Looks very good Chef. I've made similar. Question for you is, why haven't you used your wok for this recipe? Earlier this week, I located and bought discounted bok and yu choy so I combined them together. Instead of calling it a bok choy, yu choy stir fry, I called it a "double choy" so my dish was named "beef double choy with colored peppers lo mein". Family loved it. I'll be going to Centra next month since my mother in law will have an appointment in Toronto and plan to pick up more lo mein noodles as it's the only place to get them. I place them in the freezer to preserve them. See you next time Chef.
I used flat heavy iron skillet for searing meat. Since it can heat up evenly on very wide surface and flat, perfect for searing lot of meat at the same time. Double choy stir fry? sound good combo veggie too. Happy trip to Toronto and thanks for watching.
Looks delicious! Thanks for sharing but we don’t have sukiyaki souce in where I live. What can I replace it with?
Use teriyaki sauce.
@@HAPPYWOK thank you! I can find that.
@@sematalay2551 good for you.
