Hello Chef and this is a beautiful dish. I've made similar but I don't think I ever added cabbage. I think I will do that in my next dish. About the carrots in your intro, what do you mean by "julienned"? Was that a mini rice cooker you were using? If so how long does it take? I have a rice container made out of ceramic and use the microwave as the source of power. 10 minutes it's done but save it for day old recipe. Bought a lot of asparagus at low cost and made a nice chicken stir fry for the family. Plan to do more in the coming days. Until next time Chef.
Hi Andy. Julienned is when we cut and slice those carrot into matchlike thin long strips. Our tiny automatic rice cooker is brand MUSA, made in China. A 3 cups small capacity only. Take 20 to 30 minutes to cook and stay warm mode. I love Asparagus too, usually i used it stir fry with beef or soup with pork neck bones. Thanks for watching.
who's the lucky third guest?
My son. LOL...Thanks for watching.
My son. Thanks for watching.
Alternative for wine possible? Non alcoholic? Thanks chef
Since it is only used for drizzling to stop veggie from burning, you can substitute that with water. Thanks for asking.
