The FMS gyro can be tweaked, but you have to edit the config file manually. I had to manually edit the config file for the Spektrum AR8360T in my Freewing Gripen to get rid of the wing rocking. Delta wings don’t provide much dampening, so they need a little derivative in the PID feedback loop.
That's good to know and good information, but unfortunately the gyro in this model is tucked way back in the fuselage and hard to access, plus you need a computer to plug it into to tweak anything. I just love the easy adjustments with Spektrums over the air forward programming feature, just land and tweak a few things quickly and you're back up in the air in no time.
@@steelrainfpv3383 I take my laptop to the field every time I go because I mostly have AR636’s and I frequently program other flyer’s radios. There are some settings on the Smart Spektrum receivers that can only be edited on a PC..
@@BDTennessee I actually like the AR636 better. There’s hardly any difference in the settings for all of my EDF’s. Plus, most of them cost me less than $35 each..

Since making this video I picked one up myself,so i been able to test personally. I have a full flight review of the F-16 on here too.Both fun jets! Rafale feels lighter,high alpha "slightly better" and more aggressive roll and pitch.You want a newer version,older version the gear doors go up and down randomly when the gear is down. Paint scheme is easier to see overall. F-16 feels heavier/more scale , high alpha good , easier to work on , better handling/smoother and better sound. Thunderbird is same price and comes with 8 channel receiver.

I'm thinking of canceling that order and getting the Rafale. Horizon used to have excellent support And now I'm just disappointed with them. I'm just getting back into the hobby and so a lot of it is new to me. I'm looking through your video list and you have an excellent channel! I'm going to watch as many of these as I can! And I look forward to it!

I don't fly mine as much as I would like because I can't turn off the stupid stable gyro crap.
You can assign a switch to toggle or remove the receiver. When plugged into bind port or spare channel gyro/stabilize mode stays on...
At 4:08 you say do a "heat check" with the GPS for a speed recording? What happend.
