I'm an introvert and definitely relate to Matt. Even though he's a homebody, there are just as many strengths being an introvert as being an extrovert. Those strengths are less noticeable in introverts but they are still there and just as important. There are some days when introverts don't have the energy level to match extroverts and that's perfectly okay because everyone has a different energy level to begin with.
