Isn't funny he said "eat well and dont get sick" because it is something they say ti girls because they care about them and they want them to be okay. And she said "I love you too" so that means he said "I love you" first.

The thing about the second drama Playful Kiss, the main girl was crazy about the guy and it was impossible that he would like her. So basically him being confident and kissing her like that was a dream to her. It makes sense in the bigger context.
